Just purchased a Lexus RC from Lexus Cardiff, Jack Goldsby specifically. Organised and agreed over the phone, travelled from Preston to collect. Greeted to a warm welcome (and a lovely coffee) by Debbie, and I must say, what a fabulous dealership! Wow! Jack introduced himself (lovely guy), showed us around the RC got the paperwork sorted within 15 mins and drove back to Preston. Cracking service, professional, relaxed and super efficient. We’ll definitely be back when our ES is due. Thanks Jack (& Debbie) for a great experience.

Best telephone manners I have ever experienced by any receptionists at Lexus Cardiff and I have experienced some good ones in my life mainly dealing with Mercedes. Also a big thank you to Steve Thomas, Adam and Rory for making my first Lexus RC buying experience the BEST. Highly recommended this dealership and Steve out of all the other Lexus dealerships I have dealt with in recently. Thank you Lexus Cardiff :)

Stay a way from services waste the time and money we did the service at the Lexus dealership in Cardiff. after three days from the service, we got a message on the screen that we need the services. I called the service, I talked tyla She told me to come again. because they probably didn't check the computer. I paid for the service and collect car from home. Tyla told me she will call me back was 8 days a go and still nothing It is bad customer services and car services look they take the money but didn't done much. I'm not recommended this people.

We had a special time at Lexus in Cardiff, bought a new ES. The whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant and enjoyable, We knew the product itself was superior to most other makes and models but didn't expect such a high level of courtesy and precision to our specific needs, A particular mention and thank you to Ryan for his significant and remarkable presentation, he made the whole process a memorable one and one we are looking forward to repeating in the future.
