Although the sale went ahead during pandemic times, the whole experience was outstanding. Non-pressured sale (although I never owned Lexus!). Great and enjoyable sale&handover (unfortunately very sad one as per social distancing, etc.,). Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Including my new car:-)) Extraordinary, indeed! Thanks guys!! Will definitely buy again :-)

Lexus Cardiff are a credit to the reliability and professional service expected of the Lexus brand. Ryan Elston the sales specialist who responded to my online enquiry simply could not have been better. After months of searching for a white LC500 when one appeared in Cardiff I expected an 8 hour drive from the West coast of Scotland to view the car then a further trip back down to complete the purchase. Thanks to Ryan neither of these Covid aware trips were required. I received an in-depth video presentation of the car and upon completion of the sale it was delivered to my house within days. I cannot recommend this dealership enough, they made every aspect of the purchase a simple and pleasurable experience from start to finish. Big thanks to the manager Steve and his sales specialist Ryan Elston, first class.

I bought an RX450h from Cardiff Lexus this week and I can say they are a really professional outfit. I was treated really well from my initial enquiry through to part exchange negotiations and then onto test drive and purchase all in one day. Richard, the salesman was everything you would expect from a top quality outfit like Lexus, really personable, relaxed, no pressure and very helpful at every stage, Thanks!

The RX went back for its first service today . I would say that owning ANY car can be a joy , but a service is always a pain . Not with a Lexus . The service was totally 100% . No angst or worries , just super service and a personal approach . Dropped down to Cardiff and picked up absolutely on time . Hand made Flapjacks , great coffee and topped off with a long chat with Dave the service manager . Dave was totally amazing . It is not just the car that gets serviced , but the soul . It made me realise just WHY I had bought a Lexus . They were voted the Number 1 service provider in Auto Express for a reason . Lexus number 1 / Land Rover last -38th - which would you buy ???? Thanks guys , too team , really the best experience I have had - and I have had over 70 cars !!
