I absolutely love my Audi A3! The car has been super and I'm very pleased with it. This is the second Audi but I'm still impressed with it. Thank you to Phil who was brilliant. I feel like he's really looked after us while at the dealership. Defiantly giving 5 stars.

I've had a couple of cars from here in the past, and I always come back because the service from the team has always been good. While I was enquiring about the Q3, there wasn't any nonsense with price; they gave me the exact amount it was up for before heading down. Once I got there, we had a move around of some numbers and came to a good agreement. Great dealership to visit.

The car is still running and I haven't had any yellow lights come on the dash, so I'm happy with the car. Phil was switched on throughout the sale, and he did his job. I have noticed that the MPG isn't as good as my old Q8 but I'll keep an eye on it.

Up to now my Audi has been fine. Due to the frost the car hasn't been used much but it's running well. Nathan was great throughout the process, giving me all of the information needed before going ahead with it. After a test drive, I arranged for a day to collect the car, and Nathan was there to hand me the keys.

4 stars only because this first car purchased from here had to be returned as it had some damage to the car. But the team were great at getting the car back. Since having the Audi Q5 for a couple of months, I can say that the car has been spot on. Although I've only driven it for about 600 miles because of the weather, I'm getting on okay with it.

The team undoubtedly deserves the praise for a great car buying experience. I'm delighted to have found Carlisle Audi. I've driven Golfs all my life, and this was my first Audi. While both are similar cars to drive I do like the style of the Audi more. Patryk was the gentleman who looked after me and I thought he was excellent. He was friendly, good at listening to what I was looking for and I was very impressed.

Since I live up North I wanted to make sure everything was in place before coming down to view the car. On arrival, Allan made sure to make it a fairly swift process, and I was able to do the trip in one day. After agreeing to take the car I arranged to get it delivered and a set of plates to be made. The car was delivered, and I thought the plates would have come with the car, but they were shipped out separately. I'm still waiting for these to be re-delivered as I missed the first delivery.
