Phil is absolutely amazing, I cannot say enough good things about him! From start to end his customer service was second to none! Any question I had about the car, he was more than happy to answer and he also went through all of the functions for me, I was buying an E-Tron which is the first electric car I've ever driven, so I had lots of questions and queries! I was waiting a while for my charging port to be fitted to my house, so anytime I needed to charge the car, I always took it back to Phil at Carlisle Audi and they were more than happy to help out. He was always on the other end of the phone when I needed him, I really cannot recommend Phil enough, thank you for all the help!!

Philip must've been good as he made us part with 80k! I must say the RS7 is definitely worth it however, it is a really good car, I do really like it. Phil from beginning to end was superb, couldn't have asked for more from him. I'd be happy to give the full 5 stars.

Shortly after taking the car home, I noticed that the two front tyres needed changing almost immediately, so I got this sorted and the sent the Carlisle Audi team the invoice. They accepted it almost immediately and got the funds sent out to me rather quickly, so apart from that little hiccup, it was an excellent experience! Graham was a top of the range salesman, very helpful and knowledgeable of the cars too. All in all I am very pleased👍

Lyndsay was a lovely sales agent, she did everything she could to help me out and made everything really simple and easy! It was my first time visiting Carlisle Audi, and I would definitely consider them again in the future. The A3 I most recently purchased is brilliant, I am over the moon with it, a perfect car to drive!

I ordered a brand new car Audi A3 by giving a deposit of £500 but just phoned Carlisle Audi about cancelling the order after 2 days. They refused to give back the money making a story that car has been transported from crew and they have incurred the transportation cost. I told them that I can wait till they sell the car for refunding the money but they didn’t reply. I contacted Audi customer care but they have told that can’t do anything to get back the money as dealing was between myself and the Audi Carlisle dealership.

A brand new car with suspension blocks left in and Carlisle Audi refuse to do anything about it the. Ack hinge has snapped on the back door. The car is 2 weeks old.
