This garage is the worst place you could buy a car, you should avoid at all cost. Alex will not pickup the phone, we spent £8000, and have spent a futher £8000, just to make the car drivable the warranty was not worth the paper it was printed on. he said he would help us, we wanted to return the car to him he said he had no money to give us back. the mot was worse, the list goes on and on.

I've had my car for 4 months now and I'm really pleased with the after service of this garage. I've had to visit the garage on 2 occasions after my purchase, due to me not understanding the computer system of the car and both times Alex and another chap has spent time to help me and talk me through it. My purchase of my new car has be hassle free and I'd definitely recommend to others. Peolpe are very quick to moan when there is a problem but forget when things are good. I'll definitely be back when im on the lookout again. Thank you

In my opinion based on my experience of dealing with the proprietor (Alex), he is possibly the worst person that you will have to deal with. I purchased a vehicle from them for just under £6000, the car had countless faults, no spare key, no printed service history had to spend another £1000 to get it put right. It's your money and your choice but my advice as a previous customer of Carlot Enterprises Ltd it to spend it elsewhere and buy a car without the grief that you will get from this used car sales garage.
