Collected a van today from Nick @ Carlton motors saw it on Monday 8th July drove away Friday 12th with full mot and service. Excellent service from start to finish, no hard sell friendly and welcoming a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Carlton motors to anyone needing a new van come here first and save yourself a lot of time looking
Bought van in March nothing but problem after problem in garage again value 4 thousand less than we paid for it in 6 months disgrace
Just picked up my third van from Carlton Motor Company. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Every time I go back I am made to feel so welcome, and it's always nice to catch up with Chris and Nick - I even got half a tank of fuel on collection which was a nice surprise, thank you very much!
Ibought the vehicle from these guys and it was just as good as i could of hoped for! We completed the deal all over the phone and Nick and Chris were great. They described the vehicle perfectly, MOT'D and serviced it and delivered the vehicle to me (we are in Cornwall). Its the best van ive had over the years and would not hesistate to deal with these guys again....see you soon and keep up the good work.

Bought van 17k We are from Belfast seen online looked like a good buy for us. We own transport company . Needed box van. Got van home paid everything in few days for it. Oil leak in engine. Nick never answered phone on holiday. We needed van on rd . We got fixed. Gear box started to sound off. Advised them it was going to go. Went through aa. Complete useless . Told us there not standing over anything. We are a million miles away. Nicks works. We have court judgement out now and told Darlington press and there finance company selling vehicles unfit for road. Also got face book page on them so decent people don’t get caught by them Disgusted on theses cowboys. See you in court. Complete scumbags.

Terrible customer service, ignored calls. Van purchased developed engine problems within weeks of purchase and ended up costing me £1500! No offer of fixing problem or compensation. Shocking
