Richard masón was banned from driving in July 2018 and currently does not have a valid driving license . The new premises are in alvechurch Jenson cars and all phone numbers have been changed.

Sold me a car without no green slip, no log book, no service history, said they put it through a service, asked for evidence of the service, didn't give me any, no service book history, litterally dropped the car off to me with no paperwork, couldn't the tax the car for ages because they lied and said they applied for a long book, but when i rang the dvla they had no record of this, so couldn't drive my car for over a month, got electrical faults on the car, now they've vanished off the face of the earth, if your reading this dean/rich, your day will come in court and you will face charges, what you have done to people is criminal

purchased a car march 20 Purser had car to fix 4 weeks ago not seen car since. Company are in liquidation and no longer trade. My car no reported stolen

Different uses of the name Carma cars, Car-ma cars online etc Astwood bank or Redditch but the same place
Been trying to contact them for 4 days. Visited there garage, no where to be seen. Anyone no if they are still trading?

Somethings going on, there reviews on Google page has changed names to Car-ma Car marketing agent and is saying permanently closed, and they’ve opened another review page on Google for Carma cars which has got no reviews.

Do not buy a car from this company .... they sold me a Hyundai Santa Fe with no MOT even though they said it had it. Promised to send paperwork and didn’t, I had to threaten to drive it through the front of the showroom before they gave me a refund. Then it took them 3 weeks to collect the car.

They’ve gone into administration. I also bought a car in Jan, have had nothing but problems since, including blown head gasket. Now they don’t exist so my warranty is void. Not a happy bunny!!!
Since my first review, i have waited more than a week to get my deposit refunded by the cowboy called Richard to no avail.I am now having to file a claim through my bank to recover my money. Do not leave any deposit with these rogues unless you want to waste your time and money, they advertise cars they don't have just to rip off unsuspecting buyers, absolute travesty from start to finish.
Pls be warned to steer well clear of this car dealer especially the guy called Richard who going by the reviews here seem to have a pretty bad reputation.He took a deposit from me for a part exchange and then i was told the car will be delivered to me in London but that did not happen. After the first week, i rang him to get an update but realised he had apparently blocked my number so i don't get to speak with him.This has got to be car dealers from hell, if you value your time,then this car dealer should be avoided at all costs, very unprofessional and insensitive bunch of time wasters!.

My message to you the other night regarding your full refund of the deposit. Not hiding and have spoken to you numerous amounts. Good Evening Chinyere. Firstly i apologise for not getting back to you promptly. Im sorry to hear you want your deposit back for the vehicle, i feel i have let you down. If you can provide me with your bank details. Name Account number Sort code I will have the £100 deposit forwarded to you by end of business tommorrow. I can only apologies sincerely on my behalf as the work load under these precedented times is overwhelming and unpredictable. Bought a Volkswagen Passat off carma the car drives excellent and exceeds my expectations can't fault it they were very helpful and not pushy very pleased will definitely buy off them again
The salesman turned up an hour late to open, the car was not even there, I was sent to Redditch town in a car with no fuel. The car was ready at 12pm instead of the 9:30 expected. The parcel shelf had all attachments removed, one front tyre had a slow puncture, both were below the legal tread limit. No locking wheel nut. The spare key was not given to me. The dealership said they had mailed it to me after, this was not the case and they had no proof of purchase. Avoid at all costs.
