Bought a car FROM Carma Online Ltd just over 6 months ago. During the first 5 months we have had to replace all tyres, brake pads, power steering motor, battery and a few other parts. We were only given a 3 months warranty so they are not interested. I question how authentic the MOT certificate is. They told me on three occasions that someone from the warranty department would call me back. On all 3 occasions no one bothered.
My daughter and I unfortunately had the pleasure of dealing with Rich the “salesman”. He took a liking to my daughter and after she had paid a deposit for a car, decided to pursue her via text. After endless amounts of texts she agreed to go out with him. They then started dating, he was staying at her house, she was paying for them to go out- bearing in mind she is a single mom with one income. Numerous things were “suddenly” wrong with the car but being fixed... she then fell pregnant and he fell off the face of the earth- completely blocked her from his life. Myself and other family members trying to get in touch with all of the “staff” at Carma for an update on her car, we were avoided like the plague and blocked as well. Every time we have gone into the office to talk to the “boss” he leaves the office saying he doesn’t know... do NOT trust any of them for a car- or around your daughter.

I fail to see what your daughters promiscuity has to do with car sales reviews ? Pretty strong allegation though especially as I know for a fact Richard Mason has been in a relationship for 2 years . Looks to me like someone has a personal grudge ... don’t always believe what you read .

I am the daughter in question and it’s not a personal grudge, and if he has been in a 2yr long relationship then he’s been cheating a lot! I have the messages, pictures, and messages all about the car and it not being ready all the time and something else being wrong with it constantly, so seeing as you can only comment under “anonymous “ -probably Rich- you don’t really have a leg to stand on with your reply. It’s a terrible “company” and all the staff are crap.

Well Joanne..... how interesting that you have just posted publicly that your bf has been driving without a licence and have details of his new company 🤣🤣 Sounds like you have a very open relationship... allowing him to sleep around, and break the law. Jo has no malice towards you Lauren She’s tried to get rid of Richard masón the whole 2 years she’s been with him .....She hates the man now because he is such a dodgy , dishonest prolific liar and thief ! Yes he will sponge off you ! Yes he will move himself in ! That’s what he does with every woman . He has 2 children that he never sees ! They were split when he met you and that’s why he disappeared again ... they got back together ! Just think of the man as like the car he sold you lol .... nothing but problems!! Just a friendly warning because he will come running back looking for a place to put his feet under the table . I’d stay well away and tbh I would also take the advice and make contact to find out the truth instead of airing Your dirty laundry on media . I can tell you first hand he doesn’t speak favourably of you . Don’t be deceived . Con man is definately the correct description . I do feel for everyone that has a bad experience with him .
Here we go bought an Audi A5 of captain Zak Sparrow and the rest of the carribean pirates the car has nothing but issues wheel bearing humming handbrake calliper binding on what was thought to be a inner cv joint turned out to be steering rack sun-visor vanity mirror cracked sun-visor falls on your lap when you pull it down then to top it all independently health checked today it’s been in a bump headlights held in with cable ties. Gaterboot hanging off captain Zak advertises these cars are dealer checked and aa checked must be Stevie wonder who checks them over and trying to get in touch with them via phone txt is impossible i’ve only driven this car 36 mile the bloke that dropped it of has had more pleasure out of it that’s the bloke who got a £100 but charged me £300, it’s karma alright karma might be a good one are karma might be a pile of ****; Hence, being in touch with finance company and rejected this car wouldn’t by a push bike of these guys.

AVOID CARMA ONLINE! Was sold an Audi A3 which has had non-stop problems since it was bought. The first thing that went wrong on it was a cambelt but was advertised with a new cambelt. They avoided paying me back after saying they would sort it with the garage I had it fixed at. They didn't pay me back so had to get my money back via a chargeback. Whilst waiting for the chargeback to stick the car went wrong again, Overheated on the motorway and grinded to a halt. I had it recovered to Redditch this time over 100 miles away which I had to argue with my insurance company to do. They said it was a transfer box issue. I said I think that's part of the problem and that it's also an engine problem. Dean straight up told me over the phone they were not going to fix the engine. Took them 4 months of lies of them saying they would sort it and me paying a surprise visit to see the brake discs were starting to rust from non-movement. Told them if they had not fixed the issue, I would know about it having to drive over 100 miles home. I got home and the car had drunk all its coolant and when I started it the next morning it blew out loads of steam from the exhaust. Had it diagnosed and there was exhaust gases in the cooling system so it needs a new head gasket, possibly a new cylinder head and EGR cooler. The repairs will cost more than the car was bought for. My advice, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM unless you are a proficient mechanic or feel like a gamble. They're all good to take your money and sell you the car but do not want anything to do with you after you leave. You will be given the run around with lies and you will spend your time chasing them on the phone and won't get any reply back via email or recorded letter. Get everything in writing.... ie what your warranty covers.

Great service. Couldn't be happier. Found car online and went to view to purchase and all the work that was agreed, was carried out. Not only that but they even delivered it (45 mins from my home) and put balloons and a birthday banner on it too for my son's 17th birthday. He couldn't have been more delighted. Thanks guys. Picked up car...it broke down..was then given a selection of old dodgy cars to tie me over..picked up "fixed" car and it overheated 3 miles from garage..staff were unhelpful, rude and abusive..Wouldnt recommend them to anyone..including the ex wife!

Sorry for the late reply Mark, I hope you are keeping well. With regards to your purchase of the citreon C2 you state you broken down? Confused as you returned the car 30 minutes after purchase with a broken spring, potholes spring to mind or driver error. We then supplied you with a courtesy car while the repair work was undertaken, we are sincerely sorry you are upset. You where a emotional wreck at the time with regards to your stated 'ex wife', I do hope she is doing well. Returning cars aswell as your women. Kind regards
No sales pressure, Good selection of quality cars, Very helpful staff that seem to care. Good after sales service and nothing is to much trouble for Dean or Richard, they are very understanding of your needs, would recommend a visit, I will definitely buy my next car from Carma Online again.
