Avoid the Car mart, I went to view a car in the pouring down rain, I noticed that the car had some paint spray on the tyre, I asked if the car had had any work done to it, they said they knew nothing about any work being done and the car was legit, it was probably just from where someone had had the alloy re done. So i paid the deposit, I picked the car up at lunch it was extremely cloudy, and the car was parked next to a wall (drivers’ side) so again I did not spot anything. I drove the car home and parked it up (this is a second car for me to run the kids around in so not to bothered at looking at it all day when I got home). Next day got up and the sun was shining on the car, straight away I could see the difference in the colour, the whole of the back end from the back door right round to the boot had been resprayed and was a totally darker colour than the original front end. not only that but guess what my 10-mile drive home had totally removed the paint off the tyre, meaning that this was a very recent respray. I called the garage to tell them I was not happy, the first words back to me were "not our problem, you bought it, nothing we will do”! They lied about not knowing the car had been resprayed due to the weather condition hiding this, it’s clear as anything that the car has had work done, when you see it in the dry and light! I asked for a call back and guess what I have heard nothing! Do not buy from these conmen, they have lost my business and everyone I know business and hopefully yours after reading this!

Very good customer service we drove all the way from Cardiff near South Wales and the service was very good answered all the questions we asked without a problem. We are very happy would highly recommend CarMart as we have dealt with a lot in our time all round 10 out of 10 :)

CarMart have pushy sales staff. Test drove one where the clutch had no bite, and the frame was rusted. Bought a different one. Warning lights a-plenty after I drove off the forecourt. The MOT was dodgy as well. It won't be passing the next one. Apparently had new brakes put in. Clearly didn't. The receipts they gave me were real but the garage didn't do any work. The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on either. Don't expect much from a used car salesman but selling cars unfit for the road is not good enough.

CarMart are full of lies. I was sold an absolutely dangerous vehicle that had brakes that were not working corectly, engine management light on, smoking very heavily, fumes entering cabin, service light on, steering creaks and groans when u turn. I question how it passed its MOT as no respectable garage would ever pass this. It kept stalling. I was given excuses and passed from pillar to post until warranty expired. I would avoid them like the plague. Go anywhere but here.
