Went to look at car can’t believe how bad the attitude was on the sales man
While carrying out an online search for a car. I found one that was of interest and being sold by Carmichael Cars Dealership, Ballymoney. When they were contacted, they were a delight to do deal with. They forwarded a video of the car. They delivered, the car on time and as seen on the video. I found the owner, Johnny Carmichael, to be reliable, honest and friendly. He was reassuring too. An unexpected problem arose, and when I contacted him, I was immediately reassured that he could help me solve the problem. Thankfully, it was not just words, he followed through and solved the issue with total customer satisfaction. Carmichael Cars customer service and after sales support – SUPERB! Customer satisfaction 100%.

Shopped around for a family vehicle. Tried the local bigger dealerships who’s car were far too expensive. Thankfully a work colleague recommended these guys. Great range of cars at excellent prices. Clean tidy setup. I’m loving my new Peugeot thanks il definitely be returning!!
Have bought 3 cars of Johnny for the whole family. Great guy and very accommodating, I wouldn't give it a second thought where my returning custom will be. After sales service also excellent.

Sent an email requesting a video and more pictures of the car I was interested.. Jonny the owner sent them immediately.. I decided to go ahead with the purchase had the vehicle within 2 days.. spotless and also he had arranged for 1 years mot.. can’t recommend him and his company enough.. Customer for life now👍👍👍
Bought a Passat of carmichael cars. After 5 weeks it developed a problem with the handbrake motor. They lifted the car promptly left me a courtesy vehicle fixed it and returned it quickly. I’ve bought lots of second hand cars over the years and never had service like this! Keep up the good work Jonny👍

Salesmen couldn't care less. Not interested. Don't bother yourself or them, go elsewhere .
Second car I have bought from Johnny and Mark at Carmichael Cars, the reason why I use their first names are because they are genuine people who do a good job. Would recommend you to suck it and see.
