The people at Carmotion Blackburn could not have done enough to help facilitate the purchase of a car for the most difficult person there is to ever sell a car to. I openly admit I am a nightmare customer. With this in mind, I have to commend the sales person here for his patience and for the frank conversations he was having with me when I was deciding which car to decide between. The other car was slightly cheaper, elsewhere but I felt with the attention given to me at Carmotion, I would not regret my decision to purchase from here. So far so good and loving my new car. Really have to hand it to Carmotion Blackburn. Really exceptional service. My son purchased a car last Wednesday. Everything went smoothly, all in all took about half an hour to sort everything out. We drove home and noticed smoke coming from the bonnet area as we pulled up outside the house. When inspecting, it seemed a coolant pipe had come loose. Called Carmotion Blackburn up the next morning, all very apologetic and asked us not to drive the car until we'd sent them videos of what was happening and they had a chance to see what they could do. Rang me an hour later saying they had ordered a pipe from Ford and will be with me the next day to replace. They sent a driver with a mechanic and his tools by 9.30am the next morning, bear in mind we were 90 mins drive away. The mechanic replaced the pipe, took the car for a 30 minute drive and all sorted. Absolutely amazing service and care taken. My son has been driving the car all weekend and no issues. So pleased as this could have gone so wrong. Excellent service guys. Thanks

Excellent customer service, the whole process was so quick and no stress or pressure at all. They gave us time to look at the different cars until we found the right one for us, they were all really nice people. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting a new car.

Purchased a BMW X5 recently, very pleased with it. The salesperson who looked after me was very helpful and friendly, leaves you free to look around all the cars they have for sale and is not at all pushy. Would buy from them again and would definitely recommend to others.
