Absolute scumbags

Bought a car from Carno Car Sales and worked out the mileage was clocked. Richard Watkins is who i bought it from. He says he owns the garage then he does not. I believe he owes lots of money too people keep away from this place.

Do not use Carno Car Sales. Bought a £12,500.00 Mercedes from them, only for it to be filthy inside - left stuff from old owners in the glove box....including insulin medication!!! Fautlt and Fault with the car and they eventually agreed to fix - had to take the car back to them - no courtesy car offered and they kept my 'new' car for over a month. Got the car back - same old faults, not sure whta they did in that 30 odd days - no receipts no evidence of repairs, tried to palm me off and ignored my calls! Finally got a courtesy car after being without for over 2 weeks as it was only for THAT car too to have loads of faults and engine managment lights!! 6 months down the line my £12,500.00 Mercedes won't start!!! Let this be a warning - DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!!

Bought a lovely 62 white Golf, car was in immaculate condition and the service was very professional and polite. Have recommend to my friends and family and will definitely be buying another car from them in the future!

Bought a beautiful Ford Fiesta 1.6, 12 reg from Carno car sales back last year and have had no problems with the car so far, when bought the car was spotless inside and out and received excellent service from David who sorted my finance and warranty out with no hassal, difinatly recommend this dealership

I still Wonder how nice it can get. As i was thinking to buy a newer Car, i stumbled over CarnoCarSales . The Dealer was very Kind and knew a lot about Cars. He showed me everything about the car and was not hiding any Problems of the Used Car from 2006. We Talked a lot and i think, he was a very nice Guy..Not usual in this Job. We recently purchased a new car through Carno Car Sales. The experience was positive and staff were friendly, personable, and professional. We initially saw the car on their website and then phoned ahead to double check availability and arrange to view and test drive. All cars looked to be prepared to a high standard inside and outside, mainly one owner low mileage cars, approx 40-50 cars onsite, a family business since 1975. The salesman offered a test drive and accompanied us over the beautiful Llangynidr moors road - mind the sheep!! We paid a deposit by chip and pin and the salesman arrange the car finance through Moto Novo there and then at a low rate, and we requested an extended warranty through warranty wise. The car was then MOT'd, fully serviced, and delivered to us free of charge all within three days time. What a beautiful service, Five Stars and will come back for our next car.

Richard at Carno cars has put 40.000 mile LESS on my finance agreement with black horse finance, meaning I cant trade it in at the half way point & leaving huge negative equity. When I called him about this, he said he wasn't bothered even though its fraud against black horse. so ive now taken this complaint to the financial ombudsman, Blackhorse & trading standards

Bought my micra from carno 5years age. Apart from usual wear and tear had no problems .thinking of getting to a new car and would go back to carno to buy another car.

Bought a c- max ghia from this garage last Nov 2013. It was a 1.6 tcdi. £2150 plus £50 For tax. Within 2 days it broke down Took car back to him his reply ITS A OLD CAR !!!!!! He tryed then to make put i had bought it private. And as seen. Even thou i had proof of the garage stamp on log book plus pics Of it on forecourt He took car away for 6 days and fobbed me Off each day Even thou i told him the the diesel Fuel senor was gone. The engine was leaking Oil bad onto engine causing oil fumes to enter cabin. 2 nuts missing off rear and front passenger side. No locking nut to remove other nuts. Back hatch door latch not working radio Not working. After 6 days he gave car back After and told me he had replaced 3 copper seal And oil sensor. Fumes still coming in oil light still on. He then refused to spend any more On it. Plus after numerous requests & promises Has yet to provide me with proof of repairs or bill reciept. DONT BUY OFF THEM.
