I was interested in a car that Carpoint of Peterborough was advertising on the Auto Trader website and phoned to get some details. The person I spoke to was a chap call Parvez and was not a tall helpfull, he told me that all the details of the car were on the website and I was to read them. I wanted to know a few more details before traveling quite a distance to view the car. How many owners, what was the condition of the wheels was there any damage on the paint work and if the car had a valid MOT he kept saying "you need to visit the sight and make my own mind up". I then asked him what time they were open to and his reply was, "our opening times are on the website" so I viewed their website and the opening times were displayed as open until 20.00 during week days. We travelled 65 miles to Peterborough arriving at 18.45 to find the site all locked up. Apparently they close at 18.00 and the website is incorrect. Thank you to Parvez for wasting 4 hours of mine and my partners time, we will definitely not be visiting this garage again, it is motor traders like these that give motor dealers a bad name.

I am very happy with the services given by Carpoint of Peterborough. I bought a small Vauxhall Corsa for a day to day runabout. The car is absolutely fantastic and ticks all of the boxes. 5*

I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying a car from Carpoint of Peterborough. The service and MOT offered with the vehicle are not worth the paper they are written on. I purchased a car from them and booked it in with my local garage for a health check/service. The car has numerous faults and the dealer became very aggressive when I contacted him. He has blocked my phone number and has not responded to any of my emails. I have contacted Trading Standards and will not let this go. I will be issuing legal proceedings to try and recover consequential losses. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

I just want to say thank you to Carpoint Of Peterborough for providing me with a lovely car and great customer service. As you were aware that this was a gift for my husband and he was very happy with the car. I am now looking for a car for my daughter and will be popping back in for a 2nd car in July.

Purchased the vehicle from Carpoint of Peterborough at the start of may with a full clean MOT, noticed a few things wrong and happened to mention it to a friend, they then showed me how to check MOT history on the .GOV.UK site where I discovered it had failed on some serious faults at 1 garage only to be taken to a completely different garage for its re-test. Worried, I took it to a local garage near me for a safety check and asked them to look specifically at the failures, none had been fixed and I was advised not to drive the vehicle as it was that dangerous. I was extremely upset as I had been using it that weekend with my children on board, This dealer has absolutely no regard for human life and when confronted about a dodgy MOT being put on the car he didn't even try and defend himself, clearly he has an arrangement with the MOT garage itself, DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM! Vosa, Trading Standards, all have been informed.

Brought a car from Car Point in Feb 2017 and having only driven for 6weeks before it was riddled with faults. After making a complaint to the finance company which we used, the salesman from Carpoint promised to pay for the part and labour that was needed, we have this in writing from the finance company, but we needed to contact him directly to arrange. 2weeks of answer phone messages, sending emails and he is ignoring us. Now leaving us with no choice but to pay the the £1000 bill ourselves!! Our mechanic from a main Vauxhall dealer has also run a health check and has told us the car should never of passed its MOT 2weeks before we purchased the car!!! Trading Standards have been informed!!!

Do not buy from Carpoint of Peterborough! The car they sold me was riddled with faults, and they are not prepared to repair them. All those who have had a similar experience need to contact trading standards. Awful awful place!!!!

Went to look for a few Jaguar X-Types in the area and came across one advertised by Carpoint of Peterborough. This was the best one I came across, it was nice, clean and well sought after vehicle. I spent all day looking at Jags and this one was the last one I saw and was the best compared to others that I had seen. The service provided was fantastic all round and was very happy with the purchase of my new Jaguar X-Type. Thank you for all the help and support.

I have to say that the services provided by Carpoint were fantastic. I bought a Vauxhall Zafira from Carpoint on Finance. The finance process was very quick and easy. I drove away in my new car within 1 Hour. I will recommend Carpoint to others.
