I’m a very happy customer. Bought a Ford Fiesta diesel from Carpoint of Peterborough. It was only £30 to Tax for the whole year. The fuel economy is phenomenal. Overall car was in a immaculate condition.

Carpoint of Peterborough can’t even be bothered to answer sales enquiries, which tells me that the level of after sales service will be much worse. So I’m staying away.

Car delivered, found couple of things needed doing rang dealer up was told bring it back to us we will look at issues whatever needs doing will be done free of charge gave us a lift into town to go shopping while car was being worked on rang us when it was done to see if we wanted picking up very nice guys, very friendly and approachable very pleased with car runs like a dream big, big thank you to carpoint of peterborough.

Stay well clear of CarPoint of Peterborough!! The car we purchased back in January is faulty and we are still fighting for our money back! They are a nightmare!!! STAY WELL AWAY!!!! They should be shut down!!!

I would like to thank this company for going the extra mile. I needed a car delivered to me the same day. The normal company policy was 3-5 days but they accommodated for same day delivery. I have to say these guys go the extra mile and the services were fantastic. Thank you once again. I would recommend Carpoint of Peterborough.

Hi we came to CarPoint of Peterborough on sunday to pick up our Insignia! It's in way better condition than we expected and got alot of car for the money. Finance was already sorted through carfinance247 so just went in and collected the keys, salesmen (sorry didn't catch your names) made us tea because it was cold and raining, helped us to put tax on, and also gave us a 3 month warranty and fresh mot. drove great back to Leicester and since we are car enthusiasts as we discussed at length in your office lol, we took it to our usual garage to have it checked over and it's great! We were almost put off by the bad reviews but we aren't shy of fixing stuff. Anyway. My advice for people to lessen these experiences I'm reading below any time you buy a car anywhere, is, go and see things for yourself even if it means travelling, use your eyes and your hands,have a good look and feel around your car, take someone with you who is mechanically minded if you need to, ask for a test drive, read up on common faults, If you can, check your warning lights illuminate at first ignition. Simple things like this. As for carpoint peterborough specifically, we had a lovely experience :)

This car dealership is not to be trusted!! We spent £2,300 on a car from here and had all sorts of problems within the first couple of months of having the vehicle. Fumes within the car lead us to take it to our local mechanic who said 'it's not within our interest to work on the car'. When they hooked it up to diagnostics there were two faults came up that should appear on the dashboard, but because the wiring had been tampered with under the bonnet, these faults weren't showing. The inlet manifold was faulty, the EGR valve needed replacing, the car hadn't been serviced in a very long time (oil filter in very poor condition), and the thermostat wiring had been tampered with and also the thermostat housing was heavily corroded. Fumes internally in the car as well as thermostat wiring under the bonnet!!

wish I had read everyone else’s reviews about these before I brought a car from them and lost my £2500 worth of savings. It had been tampered with the engine management system so that the faults would ever come up. And I had been driving around in it!!!
