My experience with this dealership or just as bad as every other real review on this website. Don't use this dealership. We bought a car and the next day it wouldn't start took it to a local garage and they said the battery was so old that they hadn't seen one like it for years. Also the rear shocks needed replaced as we kept hearing a bang when going over speed bumps. And while they were fixing this problem they said the front wishbone will need fixed very soon. This should have been picked up in the MOT that they gave the car before we bought it but no surprises it wasn't. Have spent nearly £300 so far and good knows how much more. So wish I had checked on here before I bought,feel so stupid I didn't. And of course no one answered when I called but did straight away when I used a different phone. Wouldn't be surprised to see them on rouge traders one day. If this message can stop just one person from getting ripped off then it's worth it. Don't use this dealership please.

Bought a Ford Focus from these guys few months ago and must say that the vehicle is really good. The sales team were fantastic in helping me find the right car. I needed a car that was fuel efficient and this Focus has done the job so far. I have to give Carpoint 10/10 for excellent service. Very Happy Customer.

Hello, I purchased my very Citroen C3 from Carpoint a week ago. I am very impressed by this very professional Car Dealership. I spoke to a very friendly person called Parves and his Right hand man Bash. I very pleased with there customer service. I trust Carpoint very much. Touch wood i have no problems with my new car. Carpoint of Peterborough are in my opinion useless. Bought a car from them a month ago...took it to the garage yesterday and there's more work to be done to it then the cars worth...The bloke was about as useful as a chocolate teapot...DON'T EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!

Bought a car from Carpoint Of Peterborough and at first the customer service was great. I drove off but had a problem a week later when I got stuck going to work. So I took it to a local garage and a catastrophe of problems arose when the car had an engine diagnosis. There were endless problems which meant I had to pay an extra £300 on top of what I paid so I rang Carpoint and they said they would help with the bill after I picked the car from the garage. I have been ringing their 0800 number endless but have had no answer up to this day. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from Carpoint Of Peterborough.

A car was sold to me back in Jan 2013 under the conditions that it would have a mot, new cambelt and water pump. It was slightly expensive but I thought it was ok if a new cambelt was Fitted. That afternoon I took it to my local garage to see if the battery was ok and how much life the tyres had in them. As soon as they got the car up onto the ramp they found a multitude of problems, including a broken bush control arm and split tyres on the inside (although the tread was ok.) I was advised that the car wasn't safe to drive. I contacted the garage and told him I was bringing the car back- he was extremely unfriendly and told me this wasn't possible. Vosa got involved and came out to check the car and failed it's mot. The garage that carpoint used then had points against it but that didn't affect carpoint. Anyway, after writing letters etc and getting advice I realised without taking it to the small claims court I didn't have a leg to stand on so I paid to get all the repairs done and one again had a car. 2 years since and in that time it's apparent that the cam belt or water pump wasn't changed at all, even though there was a receipt for the items dated two days before I bought the car. Avoid this garage at all costs.

I bought a car of Carpoint couple of months ago and I am very pleased with it. The service provided by Carpoint was second to none :-). The car was a little bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Would recommend Carpoint!!!.
