I would like to give a big 'thank you ' to Matt and the staff at carpoint for their decency and honesty . After taking one of the cars on a test drive , I arrived home and discovered my gold bracelet was missing . I phoned Matt and asked if on the off chance I might have lost it in the car . He got back in touch almost immediately and said that they had found it . They then went the extra mile to return it to me . Its nice to meet people with honesty and integrity . So thanks once again guys and by the way , the car buying experience is pretty good also ....... Sharon .

I phoned to see if the car was still in stock I was looking for. They confirmed it was and then I asked about using mine as a part ex. They said in principal they would. They then rang me back with a rough valuation of mine. At this point the car I was looking at had suspiciously increased in price by £500. I told them this was not possible as I had seen it on e-bay & auto trader at £2498. I was told that I was possibly thinking of another car and got confused. On return home I checked the E-bay & auto trader adverts & the price was now showing £2998. I had previously taken screen shots of the prices as this seems common practice amongst under hand car dealers. They refused to honour the original price or even admit they had changed the price following my enquiry. A right bunch of charlatans. Avoid these cowboys like the plague.
