They are good at selling nice modern cars but are let down by shit service. I had a rear light fitted and was told it will take about 1/2 hours to fit, quoted £60. When it was fitted I was told that will be £120 for fitting. Today I took my car in with some problems. After about 2 hours they said all sorted but we will have to order a fuel cap actuator. When I told them that they said exactly the same month ago after a service, she grunted and walked of. I was left standing for about 10 minutes when another man came out and said it would take about 30 minutes. 90 minutes later she gave me the key and said all done. No apologies or excuses.

Was interested in mercedes at £27000.. no discount with no part ex.. far too expensive.. nice staff.
Came in looking for my first car and they made sure I was getting the absolute best for what I was budgeted for. All friendly people made me feel at ease couldn’t recommend enough.
We part exchanged our Sante Fe here for a newer version. The staff that we spoke to on the phone were all friendly and helpful. On arrival Connor took us out for a test drive and carefully explained all the features of the car which was very helpful. The transfer of ownership went very smoothly thanks to Taylor and we were soon driving away as happy customers. Well done Cars 2 Barnsley Hyundai!

Do not I repeat do not buy a car from these cowboys. My story is too long to explain in words. Just accept my word that this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Do not believe a word that comes out of their mouths. Be warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a Fiat 500E from the Barnsley Cars2 Dealership. Lovely sales staff and why wouldn't they be, it's their livelihood after all. Aftersales and servicing are appalling. I took out a service plan on my car and last year's service experience was fine. This year I received a call saying that the Fiat franchise wasn't there anymore and that my service would be done by the Renault dealership instead. I asked several questions, including if the service being done by Renault would have a detrimental effect on the re-sale of my car. I was told that the only thing was that the book would have a Renault stamp instead of Fiat. So I went ahead and booked the service. Two weeks later my car dash started displaying SERVICE NEEDED in bright yellow letters as well as having a permanent yellow spanner displayed. I rang the service department to be told that they couldn't do anything about it as they were no longer affiliated with Fiat and that I would have been told that at the time. The very rude receptionist told me that the box had been ticked to say I had been told to which I replied that anyone can tick a box it doesn't mean it happened. I cancelled my service plan and have complained to Cars 2. I'm not expecting a response but I will give them a poor review on any platform I can find. Terrible company with no thoughts for the customers who have literally paid thousands of pounds to them and have to put up with rude, aggressive aftersales staff.

None have ever failed me and I appreciate the he kindness, help and honesty when buying and part exchanging. Thanks for looking after me once again.
