Got a car from car2 hyundai Barnsley had the car 14 weeks and been in to the garage more times than it been on the road nothing but problem and they don't care about you
I bought a car costing £7000. 5 month later. Head gasket went and it needed nearly £2000 to fix it. They wouldn't help. Customer service was discusting. Took it to another trusted garage and they charged £60 to fix it. Cars2 is the worst company. Wouldnt reccomend to anyone.
Car taken in for a recall issue. Staff good and efficient service.

Bought the Ioniq plug in in June 2020 when it was a year old - very good price and highly satisfied with its performance and specification. First service in March - efficiently carried out and useful video on the free health check. Receptionist Megan was very personable and helpful even though she had only been with company 4 days and provided advice on a service plan.

Its 5 star all the way from me great service spot on for prices Simon and the team dealt with me in a very helpful and professional way from start to finish Showroom feels safe ( i do Covid testing ) for work so thats important to me .

Just collected our 4th Hyundai from Casr2 Barnsley. Once again highly delighted, we were well treated. This was our first dealings with Liam and I must say what a pleasant young man he is, he dealt with us efficiently and professionally. Would I buy from here again? Yes is the answer!!

‼ Highly recommend to go online and read the reviews about this company!! After what was the worst experience of my life buying a car from them, I'd highly avoid this place! Bought a car on the 15th of February 2020.. reported a fault within the first 2 weeks. I haven’t had the car since the 2nd of June, it is now September & I have finally got my money back! 🎉🥳 all be it, Cars 2 managed to still rob me blind 👍🏼 Imagine a company giving you a courtesy car whilst they had your faulty vehicle and then later coming back and saying. “You owe £440 for the miles you have put on our courtesy car” IMAGINE 😂 oh wait they did try and do that! After telling them legally they cannot charge me for a courtesy car without telling me this vehicle was going to be chargeable before hand, they later come back and said “we won’t charge you for it as a gesture of goodwill” like they was doing me a favour 🤔. They could have easily done this to someone else and wrongfully taken money from them.. disgusting. We will charge you 22p for fair usage mileage.. ok sound! But then sneakily tried to charge me an extra 600+ miles for the miles they added to the vehicle to complete an oil consumption test. Unfortunately for them I took a photo of the miles on the car when I left the vehicle with them, so when I questioned why they was trying to charge me for miles that they added and I sent in photo evidence of this, they then come back and said ok since you refused 22p we will now charge you 45p per mile! I said I am not refusing the 22p I am refusing to pay for miles you added! 🤦🏽♀️ Head office told me I am “making accusations” and it’s “hearsay”. Yet Audi confirmed the fault and I still have not had 1 apology from this company. 3 times they had my car and told me “there’s nothing wrong with it”. You go online and read their reviews about how they are “rude, aggressive, no apology” I couldn’t agree with them more! I don’t think they sold me the car knowing that it was faulty but I think it says a lot about a company how they then handle it afterwards. I’d just also like to take this opportunity to give a massive shout out to Ella and Richard in aftersales. If there was an award for the worst customer service 2020, hands down you two would win 🏆🥇 any companies want to lose customers quickly .. employe these two. I suppose you get away with speaking rudely to people when your manager has the worst attitude possible, after all behaviour breeds. The Director of a company taking over your complaint and still couldn’t get things right. Using scare tactics to try and take more money off me. There was so much more but without going into it all... moral of the story is: Cars 2 is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Would highly recommend my friends, family and anyone else to avoid this place!
Would just like to say a big thank you to Simon at cars2 Hyundai, found me the perfect car at a great price , friendly and polite service, big shout out to Aaron as well, it’s all too often car salesmen get a lot of stick, not here, I would give them the highest recommendation, if you want to be treated as a friend and not just a cash cow and dealt with respect , look no further than cars 2 Hyundai at Barnsley G TAYLOR
