I purchased my car January 2024 had faults within the first month I returned the car many times and they said no faults could be found I then took it to an independent garage it's faults were wheel hub corroded steering fluid pipe what has burst and illegal tread tyres and the warranty won't pay for repairs the car has been sitting in the garage for over 6 months now I'm trying to get a refund and return the car the car finance 1st response said I could return it voluntary but I'd still have to pay over £4000 absolutely terrible I hope I can get this matter resolved.

Horrible service, I am looking for the refund because I didn't go with the car. The sales person lied to me, car has been painted to different colour as on the documents. Manager said me on phone I can be rude to you as much I can. Sales man lied to while selling the car never told me cars been re-painted. Car has a blue colours, documents have silver colour on them. It's a fraud company. Please do not trust then and go to trusted sellers like arnold clarks.

I bought a Volvo XC60 from Cars 4 You in Broxburn, and my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. Initially, the staff seemed nice and helpful, and there was some damage on the car that we agreed would be fixed if I bought it. They also promised a full year MOT, but this was never done. They provided a 6-month seller warranty and sold us an additional warranty with a third-party company. They claimed to have a checklist for the car and said it would be ready for pickup in a week, but this was clearly never completed. After driving the car home, we experienced a severe lack of throttle when trying to accelerate. The next day, we called the seller, explaining that it was dangerous to drive the car back from Paisley and requested to have a local garage inspect it. The local garage identified a MAP and MAF sensor issue. When we informed the seller, they laughed it off, claiming it was a battery problem instead. We drove the car back to them, they replaced the battery, but the problem persisted on the way back. The following day, we took the car to an independent garage for diagnostics and sent the report to the seller. They initially agreed to cover the service costs, but then refused to pay after we had already covered the bill. Repeated calls to the seller led to them directing us to the third-party warranty company, which after several months, informed us that they never authorized the repair and that the seller should pay for it. Despite having a 6-month warranty with the seller, they refused to take responsibility. I do not recommend anyone buying a car from Cars 4 You. They are dishonest, and their positive reviews are likely fake. This business is a scam and should be shut down.

Crooks take ur money then take the piss do nothing to fix ur car tell you that you have no right of return within 30 days,total scum this lot

Stay clear of cars 4 you Broxburn!!!!!!So bought my car on 1st feb had to wait til 14th to pick it up as required mot and 80 point check to which if these had been done correctly or the faults would've spotted the retest was done after a phone call with the director within 10mins literally plus no onsite mot centre and mileage only increased 1mile mmmm!!!! Yeah we all no what happened there then eh! Had the car 7 days awful noise from offside front took it back to be told bring it in nxt week and we will fix it. When dropping it off had to wait and what i seen of the sales staff was disgusting they belittled customers when they had received msgs on the work mobile. Anyways they have now had my car for 7 days i have called daily for an update to be told nothing other than the specialist is in looking at it (this was false) and someone will call you back with an update this is all i was looking for them to be open and transparent. I will now be looking for the itemised list of parts and repairs that have been made also a copy of my MOT as didn't receive one. i have paid for my first month and had the car less the 12 days plus paid a large deposit. Personally i think the director Muhammad has taken his eye off the ball i.e the sales staff also really needs to focus on their customer service skills as Lisa and Murray are rude. !!! I after receiving a call saying my car was finally ready my husband went to pick it up waited 15/20 minutes for Murray to come out to tell him the repairs carried out only for no Murray to show up i then called them and low and behold i spoke with the joke of work shop manager a twat called Graham to be finally told what the fault was and they hadn't fixed the faulty ball joint Graham did say if i had any other issues to get in touch place is a complete joke wont be back worst after sales customer service i have ever received!!!! Now i have been blocked on facebook they must have known that they never fixed the slow puncture, brakes and ball joint after they said they had. Complete liar of a workshop manager !!!!!!!!
