Scammers! Bought a car from them, the worst mistake! The car was faulty, a sensor came faulty days after took it, called them, took the car 2 times, first time they said oh, we fix it, it just needed some cleaning, but sensor appear the next day. Battery and breaks were faulty as well (low dangerous life, even if they provided a pass MOT). Called again, they said bring the car again, which we did, they said we need to change that sensor, but we can’t pay full for it, lets do 50/50, we agreed. They said they “changed” the sensor, but guess what?! Now the sensor appeared again! Now they just say “the boss is not here”, “call later”, “call monday”, etc. Not to mention we asked for invoice for the changing sensor, and obviously didn’t provide. Same yourselves money, time and nerves because they will just lie to your face! Should I mention that the car is still in warranty?! And today just trying to avoid talking with us.
The customer service was fantastic, very helpful staff members. I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander and I'm very pleased with it. Very happy.

I bought a Mazda 6 Sport, I'm so happy with it, running very well, its fantastic. We have been on holiday in it and it was very reliable, no issues at all. They staff were helpful and kind, they really looked after me. I would buy from them again in the future, and no problems in recommending them to friends and family.

I absolutely love the car, I knew when I saw it I wanted it, and Nathan was brilliant, he held the car for me without a deposit as I asked, I knew I was buying it, it was much admired. Nathan and the team are lovely people, really nice, genuine, and they looked after me. I'm so pleased with the car, and the amazing customer service provided by Cars Direct Stockport. The only downfall is that I'm missing my car a lot.... It's back with them as I had a coolant pipe leak, Nathan has organised for the car to be back with them to be repaired, I just can't wait to get it back. The repairs was never a problem, they sorted this straight away and got me booked in. The price of the Mercedes CLA was very competitive, I was impressed. They also gave me a very fair price for my part exchange and made the process seem stress-free. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I'm around 50 miles away from Cars Direct Stockport, but I'm glad I travelled for the car, and I wouldn't hesitate to travel again for my next car. They were brilliant, really really good customer service. I felt they went above and beyond for me. The Volkswagen we bought is brilliant, its running well, in great condition and was really good value for money. I highly recommend Cars Direct Stockport.

I can't really fault Cars Direct Stockport, they were helpful, friendly and professional. The Passat is great, driving well and in good condition. We only had 1 key when we picked the car up, they got the 2nd key sent out to us promptly. I would use again in the future.

I initially called into Cars Direct UK NI for a car for my daughter. I spoke to Luke who was so knowledgeable about the car. He could tell me everything that I wanted to know about the car. So I arranged a viewing. I was greeted by 2 genuine staff members, both were really patient with me & my daughter. The car was beautifully clean inside & out. Both Luke & Harvey was great to deal with. So much better than the other garages that I’d visited. I didn’t feel pressured by them at all. Both me & my daughter felt really relaxed around them. Needless to say that we bought the car. So pleased that I had to leave a review. Thanks again..
