As a female buyer I felt very comfortable and valued with this dealership, they was respectful and welcoming. Craig was absolutely incredible - a really good lad, his customer service skills was next to none - thank you for making the experience enjoyable and not daunting. I purchased a Honda Civic and its a great car with lots of amazing features - very pleased. Thanks to Craig and the chaps at Cars of Christchurch - an overall lovely buying experience and one I will gladly recommend to other people, especially other women.

I had a couple of problems with my car after the guys dropped it off to me, they were so so helpful with the issues, they came and got the car, got it fixed up and dropped it back off to me, they never made me feel awkward about, they were helpful and professional and apologised - they couldn't do enough for me to put it right, I would definitely recommend Cars of Christchurch. The car (Ford Fiesta) is now absolutely perfect, I love it. Its driving nicely and in tip top condition - really impressed.

I was really impressed with Cars and Christchurch, I needed a new car and I don't really like driving, I avoid it where I can but some times its unavoidable, I was in need of a new car and found a Mini Cooper with this dealer, it looked lovely. I contacted the dealer and Craig was amazing, so helpful he was really good. I really like the car and I'm actually enjoying driving it which is new to me 🤣 The dealership was amazing, they looked after me, helped me and was kind and friendly - I would recommend to others!!

Although I am hundreds of miles away from Cars of Christchurch I would 100% buy from them again when I'm ready for an upgrade. The dealership delivered the car to me and it was lovely and clean, it had been fully sanitised before handing it over, and the driver adhered to all restrictions keeping everybody safe. He was really friendly and helpful. The car is absolutely perfect, I really cannot fault it. I was a little apprehensive purchasing a car from so far away without seeing it first but the salesman was really helpful over the phone and informative and reassured me, I'm glad I went ahead with it!

We went to Cars of Christchurch to buy a Mazda 6, we saw the car online and it looked great, it was exactly what we wanted. We contacted the dealership to enquire and Craig was incredibly helpful, he gave all the details, information and answered all our questions, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with him, no pressure or pushiness. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this business, the customer service is outstanding.

It was hard buying a car online without seeing or test driving it first, but I was happy with everything and the car when it arrived. The customer service was good, everything seemed to work out really well. The cars running and driving fine, I'm enjoying it and wouldn't hesitate buying here again.
