I want to step forward and say how patient, accommodating and friendly Ryan and Steve were to my partner and I. We bought a beautiful car from them just last weekend...It was everything they said it was when we arrived from Cornwall. I would recommend Cars of Christchurch to anyone seeking down to earth honesty, no frills prices and the chance to meet two great guys. Drove the car I had brought off the forecourt nail in tyre air con didn’t work stop start didn’t work heated windscreen also didn’t work, and I had a clanging noise thought maybe something I put in boot turns out it had a broken coil spring, the valet was awful as I found tramadol (medication) in the car that’s how good the clean was so a year tomorrow I would of had the car oh I forgot to mention as a young girl buying a car I have to admit completely oblivious to what had already gone from on the 18th of September the engine has now failed, I’ve always been what they say to afraid to say anything as I didn’t feel they was approachable! But now I’m beyond furious I’m left with out a car and in debt still paying for it! Avoid Cars of Christchurch.

Very polite and efficient staff , done exactly what they agreed to do ,, very good car and finance was done promptly and all completed in 30 mins I was on my way with family in my new golf , could not ask for better service from cars of christchurch.

Just bought a car for my daughter from Cars of Christchurch. Great price and a good car. Had spent two days at car auctions and the price I paid for a Peugeot 108 here was about £1000 cheaper than I’d been seeing. Don’t know how they do it, but I was really happy. Quirky guy in the office was really helpful. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Great beard by the way.

The good reviews for this 'business' must be either been very lucky or IMO are staff from the garage, they are shocking! Please read their review on google! We put down a deposit of £250 on a car on the Saturday afternoon and were assured (several times) it was refundable should my finance company say they wouldn't finance the car we had chosen. We told Cars of Christchurch that we would know either way on the Monday, it wasn't a problem they assured us. My finance company refused to finance the car due to the company owners background in dissolved businesses (to protect me and any future help I may need from the garage while the car was under warranty). We called on the Monday to request a refund and explained the situation. We were told it was no problem, however, as you can guess the refund never came! We were fobbed off for days with one story after another. Finally after me threatening court and giving a deadline we eventually got our money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!!
