I didn't want to give Cars of Christchurch any stars at all. One star is too generous. Interestingly this 'dealership' - and I use the term very loosely - is also in Barrack Road Christchurch (same phone number), which is where my partner and I made the woeful decision to buy a car. For a month is was fine but since then it's been one issue after another. Long, long story but after care from this shower is non existent. Quite frankly they will take your money and that is it as far as they are concerned. Consumer Rights? Forget it. They will not respond to phone calls, e-mail or letters; needless to say the owner Steve is extremely elusive. All I can say is do NOT touch this company with a barge pole.

I bought an Audi A6 from here. The car has a lot of issues and has actually been in an accident which was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. The dealer was very obnoxious and quite aggressive when I contacted him about the problems and was very reluctant to do anything at all. I would definitely not recommend this dealership.
