Wouldn’t even entertain this place sold me a 10 grad car that was not fit for purpose had trouble with it from day one Royston ashmore was informed straight away and asked to fix he took the car for 3 days became verbally aggressive towards me told me he fixed it and he hadn’t car broke down on me and almost killed me and my 3 year old had to take it to an independent garage which confirmed no works had been carried out then Royston changed his story and was called out in a web of lied to then stop all correspondence worst part of it all is I explained to him when buying the car that my 3 year old child had recently been diagnosed with leukaemia cancer of the blood and bone marrow so needed a car which would help with the long journeys back and forth to hospital and he willingly sold me a death trap knowing this. He has since threatened my family and refused to accept car back even in 30 day cooling of period also no paper work matches up car was brought from cars or Conwy which is owned by a Gary Davis but payment through ashmore ltd which is Royston’s company so if you want to take legal action youde not have a leg to stand on!!

purchased a car for 9k.couldnt take for test drive as was under lockdown.on driving it few days later, on starting car,engine repair light flashed up but went off when driving.contacted the dealer n took car back.was fobbed off as in car ok if light goes off.fast forward few months,service light pops up.back n forth to dealer n kept gettimg told car need to go out more etc.well i find out later from independant specialist,the light were nothing to do with how many miles the car had done.dealer blocked me on messenger,n also deleter me of the webpage on facebook so i couldnt comment.also would not let me get a word in on the phone when he was ranting.totaly unprofessional and says a lot about his character.avoid avoid

My experience with Cars of Conwy goes as follows. I have had a few issues since I purchased my car which were that the bulbs was were not working and the radio wasn't either. I didn't know how to close auto roof, however for everything I had a problem with they worked with me and they sorted it all out. I found them to be excellent.
