Ok folks where do I start for a Car Dealer very poor response to my requests from the start. WhatsApp message (No Reply) Email Request for Test Drive (No Response) Text Message (No Response) Ended up ringing up very vague conversation and confirmed Test Drive for the Friday, was quiet at work so decided just to bob up on the Wednesday to have a quick look before the Test Drive. Was told I believe by the father that Tom was not there and had indeed taken the Car for a Service even though you can plainly tell that the Garage attached does the Servicing. Moving on arrived on Friday arrived and after a brief conversation was handed the keys and was left to view with my Wife. Started up ok everything working fine so decided to purchase the car after getting a part exchange price for my car. There wasn't much conversation as Tom seemed focused on receiving and making calls. Came back with a part exchange price of £500 bit low as I was after at least £1000. Sat in the office was presented with the service log book advertised on the site as Full Service however this was incorrect as 1 service was missing and the Price displayed on the car was £7500 not as advertised £7000 He did say he would give me a call later to see if he could get a better Part Exchange price for me so I left at 11.30 ish to await a call. No call i sent a message at 3.3O pm to be told that an engine light had on after i had left (Why did you not ring straight away??) and that i should look elsewhere. Looking at older reviews the Engine Light Scenario has featured before think I have had a lucky escape not impressed at all waste of my time and money Travelling. I've been in Customer Service for 40 years and this was bad and I suspect the latest reviews are probably made up.

I bought my second car from Tom recently, I returned as the first car I bought lasted a long time following an easy process to buy it. I wasn’t disappointed this time either as Tom once again made it a quick and easy process. Despite the car being older , it was in excellent condition and Tom was very kind and helpful with the part ex deal he sorted for me. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs advice and guidance in buying a car.

I had a very good experience with this local dealership, much better than the one with big dealers. I was buying my first car. The car was 10 years old but in pristine conditions. It was cleaned and worked perfectly fine. Tom did not pressure me into buying and just left me to it. The sale itself went very smoothly - Tom had all the paperwork and made sure all run smoothly. I would definitely recommend and, if ever in need of another car in the future, will definitely go to Cars of Disdbury again. I’ve bought the car about three months ago and not had an issue with it so far.

After reading CoD's online reviews and seeing their ads on both Auto Trader and CarGurus, they became the obvious place to buy my next car. Even with the country in the grip of the Covid restrictions, Tom ( salesman) agreed to see me (socially distanced of course) on a SUNDAY morning. The car was immaculate inside and out and Tom made sure to answer all my questions without trying to rush me or palm me off with a more expensive alternative. The service was exceptional, the car is exceptional and the experience was exceptional. I love my little Honda Civic Type S. Thanks Tom- See you in a few years time for another one !!

cant fault these guys....no hard sell and leave you to make up your mind in your own time...second time ive used them and he recognised me from 6 years ago when i did my first trade in...nice touch....gave me a very fair price for my part ex and gave me good advice when i was deliberating between two different models...friendly,amicable and very clued up...finance dealt with no problems and drove my new car away in just over an hour....have recommended these guys to a least 5 of my friends and will tell more to use them too.....excellent stuff,sales guy was brilliant and cant praise them highly enough....great dealership...thank you
