Brought a car from Adam at Cars of Kinson and cannot fault the service received. Easy process and not a pushy sell. Everything completed when he said it would be.

Bought a car from Cars of Kinson that ticked all the boxes online, at first was sceptical due to the reviews. Just popped in after work one evening to have a look at the car and it was described as per the advert online so put a deposit on it there and then, two days later had a call saying the car was all MOT'd and ready for collection - picked the car up and have been using it to and from work along motorways for couple of weeks now and has been spot on.

I went on Saturday to hopefully purchase a car seen on the Cars of Kinson website.I had guaranteed finance from first response was told by this staff member that his boss didn’t want to take finance on it because of the price ????????? Will take my money elsewhere.Perhaps after reading other reviews I’ve had a lucky escape !!!!!!

I contacted Cars of Kinson regarding a car I was interested in and there response was very blunt and rude. They also don't respond to emails for days and generally don't have any manners or customer care

Really easy experience at Cars of Kinson, the guy we dealt with is very knowledgeable (Addam, the manager) good range of used vehicles at resaonable prices- made the process simple to buy an used car.

Went into Cars of Kinson to look at a car today with 10k credit on me. The horrible mouthy salesman would not even lwt me test drive the car without leaving a non returnable deposit. Avoid at all costs, do your homework, these guys get slated in their reviews, avoid avoid avoid. Wanted to speak to rhe owner about the arsehole manager but hes not interested either, cut from the same con man decietful cloth.

Worst customer service you can imagine from the 'Manager'. Cars are not safe. Do not risk buying a car from Cars of Kinson.

Colleague from Africa used his savings to purchase a vehicle described by cars of Kinson as being in "good working order", for his wife. We assisted with the purchase were in touch with cars of Kinson who were very cordial as they were selling the vehicle. We then arranged for shipping company to drive the vehicle to port for shipping. Car broke down completely without making the port. The shipping company got the AA to take the vehicle back to cars of Kinson. We contacted cars of Kinson, who then said they wanted nothing to do with the vehicle, and would send it to the scrap yard if it came back to them. In their own words, the vehicle was only good "for spares". We had to pay money to get the vehicle carried by the AA, and for the shipping company's time and convenience. Cars of Kinson have declared outright they are not reimbursing. We are now engaging a legal process so this should never happen to anyone else. Fortunately I will not spare any expense to correct injustice.

Dodge out of their responsibilities by claiming the car they sold you was a private sale- despite it being sold in their showroom and advertised on their website- leaving you with zero consumer rights. Something they seem well used to as when I rang to complain about the pile of scrap they sold me, he told me to check the receipt and see that it wasn't headed. Do your research first before buying anything from these jokers and you'll see for yourself- they've changed the name so also check out bmc automotive. If you still want to buy from them for gods sake, get it inspected by an independent mechanic first- trust me it will save you in the long run as once they have your money they turn very rude and uncooperative if you have a problem. Literally laughed at me and told me to take them to court! Reported to trading standards who say that I'm not the first to complain and they are building a case, so another name change will probably soon be on the cards!!

Had a pleasant experience dealing with Adam the manager at Cars of Kinston who is polite and helpful when looking to buy a new car. He gave me honest advice on the car I was looking at which I really appreciated, as you don't really see that many other car dealerships. Thank you Adam and keep up the good work
