Cars of wirral has now gone bust but these cowboys have rebranded themselves as JJT Motors. They are at the exact same site as cars of wirral. The car was always in the garage.

The only reason I’ve left Cars of Wirral one star is because it wont let me leave none at all. Absolutely disgusting company ripped honest hard working people off before they decided to do a runner, the lot of you should be ashamed of yourselves

The company has gone bust. They owe me my deposit which I paid in cash and they told me they had no cash on site so wrote me a cheque and low and behold the cheque bounced and when I contacted them they have vanished. Business has closed down.

I purchased the car from Cars of Wirral and had to wait over two weeks before receiving it. Was messed around. Then I was offered free 6 months warranty for all the unconvince and just been informed by warranty company that they have not paid for the warranted so now I have no warrantee. Tried ringing cars of Wirral and the line is dead.

Bought a car and the after service was appalling. Ment to of done a service but had never even opened the bonnet.

I have bought 3 cars from these guys and the last car I bought was not running correctly so I went back and they refused to even look at it, stating that it is probably a service issue and they won't look at it. 3 times I went back and each time they refused to look at it stating they are not a garage. The car would over heat and splutter water within a few miles of use so it wasn't fit for purpose. I took it to a garage that I always use and they struggled to find the problem, they replaced the water pump, radiator and all pipes and still the same problem, they have had to contact the manufacturer and they informed the garage that the car was recalled last year with a Thermostat issue but the car had not been presented. I was not informed of this by the salesman. The car is still in the garage getting fixed, it has cost me £350 up to now and I don't know what the final cost will be once fixed, been told now that the fault may have caused damage to the head gasket. I would not recommend using these guys at all, great customer service for buying the car but once they have made the sale they do no want to know.

Me and my missus couldn't thank Craig from Wirral cars for the help and support he gave us I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a car the staff are spot on

These guys was so nice when i was going through the process of getting the car. Was told by Zuto full service history. Nothing but lies no car manual, no service history. After just bit over a month now cars of wirral say there was never said the car had full service history they say they send my paperwork in the post 3 weeks later it suddenly got lost in the post. No matter how many times i have called no one gets back to you. Even the sales manager himself didn't do nothing to help. I would not recommend this dealer. But am not done am logging complaints.
