I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from Cars of Wirral! They are the definition of scam men, all they wants is your money. They are all welcoming at the start, or however many times you visit their garage before buying a car. If you are convinced and gullible enough to buy a car from these guys, you'll soon be sorry when it will break down on you a week or two later!! Its not even worth taking a look at their website never mind travelling to their garage to take a look at their unreliable cars they have to sell. Do not trust them or buy a vehicle from them!!!!!

We are sorry you feel the need to call us that as the majority of our customers are very happy with their cars and the service, and we are deal with all finance companies (and we are on their recommended dealer lists) which proves we are trustworthy as every finance company is regulated by the Financial Ombudsman Service regards their complaint handling service. We understand people need their cars so it can be very stressful if something goes wrong, but we always follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to help people if this happens, and sometimes when people don't agree with the law they think it is our company policy. I bought a car from here in February and within 3 weeks the engine was completely knackered. The dealers were no help at all and were very dishonest. and when they had the car is for repair, they gave me a courtesy car for 2 weeks that didn't have a valid MOT... I would not recommend this dealership at all.

Hi Craig, we aren't sure if you will receive notification of this reply, but we presume you forgot about doing this review because when we last spoke you were actually happy with the service and you took your other review down. There was a misunderstanding between your finance company which is why you originally thought this, and we were upfront that the vehicle repair was uneconomical and gladly facilitated cancellation so that you could choose your next car from somewhere else if we couldn't find you an exact replacement within a suitable timescale. I would not suggest anyone to even think about looking at the cars for sale at Cars of Wirral, never mind buying a car from them. From the sales men, to the service manager I would never trust this garage!!

Good service from Cars of Wirral. I bought a Fiat Punto back in August. The dealers were fantastic and the car was clean and in very good condition. I would happily recommend!!!!

Really happy with everything! I purchased a Renault Megane in June. The car was immaculate when I collected it, there were a few marks that the they covered up for me. The car runs really well, the stop start sometimes makes a bit of a noise but I'll see how it is and if it carries on I'll let them have a look at it. overall, I am really happy and would recommend Cars Of Wirral by all means.

Really good little motor, runs really well and I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership for sure. Everything has been really great.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life. IF YOU BUY FROM CARS OF WIRRAL PREPARE YOURSELF FOR MISERY.
I've no complaints about the service from Cars of Wirral, they were as helpful as they could be, my new ford fiesta is absolutely perfect and very good value for money.
