Would warn everyone never to use Cars R Us Aberdare. Unprofessional staff. Bought a Zafira from them last August, it's been off the road more than on it ever since. They promised to do an oil change before I picked the vehicle up, I had a service done anyway and the mechanic told me that no oil change had been done in a long time. Had a major problem within months, tried over and over to contact Cars R Us without success, only when my finance company got involved did I get any response. They kept the car for weeks for what should have been a 6 hour job! They didn't replace the manifold as they should have done, but glued a part back on. Tried to contact them again, no luck. I will be warning all I know to avoid this car dealer.
Cars R Us Aberdare is where I bought my last car from. I think this is really a mixed review because they did stuff to the car that we needed but I wouldn't recommend at the moment as I need some issues sorted so we will see if they get sorted and then I will update this review and tell you how I got on. I have as you will notice given top marks for the first 2 questions

Everyone as Cars R Us were very helpful and friendly whilst I was picking my Mondeo, I believe that they did everything they could for me and this is what I would recommend to others about this dealership

I would definitely recommend Cars r us aberdare, they were very very helpful. When I got to the dealership they explained everything about the car and gave us all the details we needed to know about the vehicle. Following this I left to have a think I came up with a few other things I need to know and they were very willing to find out all this information for me. All in all it was a very good service and they were all very friendly

I purchased a Peugeot 207 from this dealership and I cant complain at all everything was quick and fast and the whole process was very smooth

The car I bought from Cars R Us Aberdare had many issues, such as the flexi pipe on the exhaust had been removed and replaced with a pipe which was causing damage and splitting the joint on the manifold. It also had a snapped coil spring and it also has a seized top mount on nearside suspension. I have had to replace all the brakes all round (discs and pads). I would not recommend to anyone else. in fact I would warn people as to not go to Cars R Us in Aberdare.
