Called to view a car Rik was on hand to help, he gave us the keys on arrival and said go and have a look come and see me after so we was able to look around the car in peace rather than have someone there watching. There was no pressure into the sale Rik answered all rhe questions we had, we left a deposit and was told the car would be ready in 7 days 2 days later we were picking the car up as it was ready. This was a great experience Rik especially made this journey great

I'm not normally a person that writes reviews, but I felt that I had to make the effort to do so after the wonderful experience I had dealing with Cars Under 3000. When I purchased my Nissan from this seller, I had a few minor issues at first, but they took ownership of things and fixed them very promptly. It could have been the case with another dealer were they would have washed their hands with things once I had bought the car but this certainly was not the case with Cars Under 3000. They have stood to their word hence why I would give these 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

I got in touch with them to book an appointment to go and view the car and take it for a test drive. When I got to their dealership, I was met by one of their sales agents who was really welcoming and he went through lots of information about the car with me and it's history. All the paperwork was completed and waiting for me to sign so that I could drive away in my new car, it was a stress free experience and probably the easiest sale I have ever done. A solid 5 stars!
