Bought a car from these guys and had a problem which required the manufacturer dealing with it as it was under warrantee but the manufacturer were very unhelpful but Richard (service manager) at Hyundai went above and beyond for me and my husband, can’t recommend them enough, fantastic guys

Had an initial problem but Terry Durkin went the extra mile .With patience and understanding .to solve our initial problem which resulted in a happy satisfied customer .he explained the difference workings of the new model and set up the Bluetooth before we left the showroom . Very helpful.

The salesman, Terry D, was helpful but not pushy. He was patient and listened to my requirements and did everything he said he would do. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Bought a Hyundai i10......only received 1 key. Told the other was lost. Quoted £200 to £300 for a replacement and my fault because I had never asked if it had 2 before buying! I didn't ask if it had a steering wheel but some things you assume...this is my 4 th Hyundai...probably the last! Was dealt with curtly and unhelpfully by sales manager. Have passed it on to Hyundai Head Office..waiting for a response. Who budgets for a car and then gas a spare £200 plus for a spare key?.. It had also done 2000 more miles than advertised ..

Update.p to April 17 review Dec 23 18. Left my critically ill husband in hospital and set off home. Tyre burst on my Hyundai i10 bought in March last year. Mechanic came out but couldn't put the spare wheel on as the car didn't have a locking wheel nut remover key. We spent an hour in the rain searching the car for it. Had to be towed to garage and have the locking nut hacked off and tyre replaced. Yet another vital accessory missing. Car came with only one ne key. Check any car you buy from this rip-off garage...I had no idea every car had to have an individual one of these...now £70 down.
What a load of promises and excuses from day 1 trying to go back on deal .picked new car up not ready .no petrol. 2hours later got it all ok .then knocking .taken back argue for replacement car .took mechanic out to hear knocking agreed.force at 5.15pm bring loan car back now in rush hour .leave everything at home open fire on ill dog .I explained but no we want car back now sat in traffic got there got my car back sat 2hours in traffic back home .and still knocking.what a waste of time .try to rebook at my expense and time told only load car for day and mechanic has limited time on car as there have others .getting ugly in trying to solve with service rep ..fix first time wouldnt be back .simple

Very nice when I bought a Hyundai i10 in 2016. I had the first service in May 2017, when the tyres were good, 5mm all round. At the end of May Cars2 Hyundai Bradford replaced the steering rack. In October - 5 months and less tha 3000 miles later - both front tyres were worn down to the metal casing on the inside. How I avoided an accident I don't know. The only explanation could be that the tracking was not checked/corrected after the steering repair. Unfortunately I can't prove this without great expense. The service manager was very dismissive - 'normal wear and tear' and 'the way you drive'. How insulting. I have cancelled my service contract and will never go there again.

As a retired couple, very pleased with the delivery and return of car fully serviced and valeted within half a day. Very pleasant employee phoned to give details of service and MOT, and friendly driver explained paperwork on return of car. Would definitely purchase new car from Car2you nd use their servicing in the future.
