Do not buy a car from here. They failed to settle my previous finance for over a month leaving me making 2 payments for a car I no longer owned. Didn’t want to help or resolve their issue, didn’t even apologise. In addition I paid a deposit for my car but they failed to tell the finance company I gave made the first payment so my first month double payment was debited from my account. I also sent a complaint letter over a month ago and still havnt received a repose. Don’t buy a car from Cars 2 Hyundai Bradford, the whole process is stressfull and not pleasant.

Really happy with the purchase of my Hyundai kona. I had been dealing with Matthew, but on the day of collection of my new car he wasn’t available. Kieran dealt with me and my wife and after some admin issues (not his fault) all went according to plan. I purchased a part a while ago from this Car2 Hyundai Dealership in Bradford which turn out to be incomplete , I requested remaining parts for which I was quoted for however was asked to pay additional charges which I refused and I kindly asked the parts team to return the parts and refund my money I paid, They stated high percentage of actual price to be deducted for Re stocking fee , which was literally a huge price(almost half of the actual price) and rip off , I requested to speak to the parts manager who also did not offer any concession on his behalf, in fact he was seemingly very unhelpful and aggressive towards me , I ended up leaving the premises with staff members at the parts and services giggling behind me, I got rid off the Hyundai because of the Hyundai's appalling customer services in Bradford and I am very happy customer at Toyota dealership with much more reliable vehicle and helpful polite customer service and sales team.
