My son is learning to drive in an automatic car, but as my car is a manual, we were looking to part exchange it for an automatic. We saw a lovely little Corsa online at this place, I phoned and arranged to go and view it. I've only ever bought privately before so was very anxious and apprehensive as I'd heard awful stories about car dealerships, but thought surely things have changed by now. How WRONG I was! We got there as arranged, sat down with Brad and started to discuss the car. I had already explained my sons budget, it was to be his car, but being young and working part time, he had a limited budget, which I had clearly explained previously. However Brad kept saying what the monthly price would be, totally out of our range. He went backwards and forwards to the manager multiple times, again with ridiculous prices that I told him we couldn't afford. I was also offered the most insulting price for my car! I know what my car is worth, even at trade price! We must have been there almost 2 hours by now. I explained this just wasn't working for us and that we had to leave, as I had to get my son to work, we had traveled 27 miles to get here. Again and again I was told to wait and I felt so pressured to pay out more than we could afford. Eventually we got up to leave, but even at the door was told to wait! I felt intimidated, harassed and bullied. We proceeded to leave and walked out anyway, to be followed by 2 salesmen and a manager, who suddenly decide they can reach our budget, with zero deposit and a decent price for my car. Absolutely exhausted and on the verge of an anxiety attack I agreed. They said they would phone later to confirm everything. I later got the phone call but more stress, Brad said I had to pay £500 deposit!! Unbelievable! They already would be having my car as part exchange! I told him to forget it, and I'd had enough. Never known stress like it. They kept trying to phone me time after time, eventually leaving a voicemail to say zero deposit! My son really wanted the car, so again I agreed. A time was arranged to go back, do all the paperwork and collect the car. By now I was dealing with a manager, Caleb, due to the last salesmans unprofessional manner. I was there over 4 hours as there was a problem with the finance company! During this time waiting, I saw a few things. As soon as someone so much as steps on the forecourt, a sales person is summoned to go out immediately and 'get that sale' I also saw certain people come and go as they please, usually couples, however somebody arriving on their own was more pressured, even after saying they would think about it, they were followed out of the door being asked questions constantly. Eventually the finance agreement was sorted. On the paperwork I noticed the warranty was £250, but I was previously told by Brad this wouldn't be charged for due to all the stress and inconvenience. But the manager apparently didn't know about this and couldn't now go back on it. I also still ended up paying £100 deposit which I was told I would get back. Absolutely exhausted yet again, I agreed. I'd had more than enough from this place, and just wanted to get my car and leave. Finally everything was sorted and I left with my car. On the way home, I noticed a chip in the windscreen that wasn't there when I first viewed the car. The car also pulled to the left. I pulled onto my drive and noticed chipped, flaky paintwork on the rear bumper that I was told by Brad would have been resprayed by the time I picked it up. I just couldn't believe it, I actually sat and cried. I phoned them the next day about the issues, to be told they don't fix chipped windscreens, and Brad had denied saying that the bumper would be resprayed. Absolutely fuming yet again with this place! The manager said if I put half of the money to get the bumper sorted they would put the other half to! I mean the absolute audacity of it! More or less called me a liar for saying I was told Brad would get it sorted! Then to have to pay half of the cost for the bumper respray. Again, I agreed, I just had no energy left to fight anymore. So I go back again, drop the car off, which also had a leak underneath by this time! I get a courtesy car, and they had kindly put some fuel in that should last the couple of days that I was told it would take to fix the problems. Days past by, nothing! The courtesy car was going through fuel like water! They never updated me on the car, I was always chasing them! 8 days later I could pick my car up, finally! Oh, they never gave me my £100 deposit back that they said they would, so agreed to call it quits with the money for the bumper. I get in my car, which is filthy by the way! Notice the fuel in my car had gone from half a tank to a quarter of a tank! There was a warning saying the bumper bulb had gone also. I just sat and laughed, better than crying! I got out of my car to go back in, but I suddenly couldn't bare to go back into that place, so proceeded to drive home, and guess what, the car is still pulling to the left!! Unbelievable! Got home, noticed how absolutely filthy the whole car was, my tyres looked like new ones when I dropped it off, they now look like old replaced dirty tyres. The drivers side footwell was covered in muck! Every interior door frame had filthy dry water marks on them, how is that even possible?! The whole car was so dirty, is this the way to return a car to a customer!!!! The service book was supposed to have been previously stamped, its still not stamped. I still don't have my premium warranty paperwork. The car is still pulling to the left. There is a lot of fuel missing out of my car. I had to pay a company to get the chipped windscreen fixed. Emailed them with the issues I still have with this car, over a month since I bought it. The spec for this car also said it had parking sensors, it doesn't! It also said it had an alarm, it doesn't. I was told it had 2 keys, it has one. I will never ever get a car from this place ever again. And this is a warning to anyone thinking of going here. I feel utterly degraded, they definitely saw a woman coming on her own! I feel mugged off, intimidated, harassed and bullied by these people. If I could give a zero rating I would
Sinini in response to Absolutely awful! Avoid!
The worst dealership ever. DO NOT make the mistake of going there. I'll be taking them to the ombudsman. Infuriating is an understatement. Unprofessional and manipulative group of people.
Possibility the worst organisation I have ever dealt with in the car industry. Beware dealing with this company. Agreed to purchase a car from me. Booked collection on a day where I had to take time off from work. When I contacted the collections company on day of collection they advised me that Cars2 had changed their mind but did not even have the decency to contact me. Will review on all other platforms where Cars2 have presence.
James is not a man of his word Do not get duped into buyong a car from these dealers I requested a refund on extended warranty only to be told it was added to cost of car and I had signed for £0 cost of warranty Do not use this company and check 100% before you sign the documents!!

OVERT BULLYING Have bought several new cars here, and had all services and work carried out by them This year we had to have one of cars MOT done at a sister garage, passed fine One month later they serviced same car and said brake discs in dangerous state and needed attention asap est cost £900 When questioned why it passed MOT …they said it wasn’t done there and their mechanic fully trustworthy Went back to where we had MOT done, they said ..legal document, rechecked the brake discs and said at least 10,000 miles still in them…nothing wrong with them Went independent…..agreed work not required You can’t complain to Cars2 .because THEY are head office NEVER will we spend another penny there

Cars 2 Hyundi Wakefield - utter rubbish - I went in there today to test drive a Ioniq 5 - once they found out I already had a Hyundai Tuscon they insisted on reviewing my car before I could get a test drive of the Ionic 5, pressing me for information because they might have a buyer, I explained that I wasn't intrested but then they came out with some BS that they needed the details for insurance purposes - so I left and went to Evens Halshaw - got a test drive in 10 minutes. I won't be buying from Cars 2 again - pushy dishonest set of idiots
one of the worst and fraud customer services if u dont want to waste your time and money than find another car dealer. there 100 of other dealers around. but ignore Cars 2. we paid £1000 deposite on call and travelled from london to wakefield arou d 4 hours drive. but they refused handover the car plus they didnt show us the car with mulitiple excuses like, we need some more documents, car is in workshop for MOT, workshop employees finished their duty hours. we canot take the car out of workshop, refused to show us the car even we travelled 4 hours and refused to refund £1000 deposit. at the end they deliver our car in london. but car has chips and dents on front bumper. driverside handle and touch button was broken and badly repaired with glue. gearbox looks like repaired. because gearbox opening button is damaged aswell. one key was missing. . and they was hiding every single thing i explain here. at the end we find cars MOT was rejected on the day of collection because of some serious issue. thats why they didnt show us the car. and finally what we found that car was in use from last 1 years under the Cars 2 wakefied for dealer/employee or courtesy car. STAY AWAY FROM THSES SCAMMERS.

My wife and I visited Cars 2 Hyundai, Wakefield to look at the new Tucson with a view to possibly changing our Nissan X trail. We were helped by the salesman Damon who couldn’t have been more helpful and explained all the features of the various Tucson models and even prepared a new car for us to have a test drive in. Unfortunately we did not go ahead with the change as having a 7 seat car at the moment ( grandchildren !) we decided to look further.
