Bought a car from here, they tried to add £4oo onto the bill for items we did not ask for! Got it all back apart from £100. Trisha needs a course in customer care, very rude and basically not bothered. I wouldn't recommend buying a car from here.

Visited CARS 2 Wakefield looking for a specific model in either 1.4 or 1.6 deisel version, didn't have one site but found one that they could buy in for us, told us it was a 1.6 diesel, left a deposit and was given a registration number, went home and began calling insurance company, its then we were told that the car in question was a 1.2 petrol, went back to showroom very 1st thing next morning, salesman blamed mistake on his manager, told to come back Monday when accounts dep't back in, filled out claim form Monday, after many phone calls got the deposit back a week after. Genuine mistake or Incompetency...
I bought a 2 month old car from this dealer. Within hours of collecting the car it had a flat tyre from a slow puncture. I had to get the tyre repaired the day after purchase, and when I contacted the dealer about this, the best they could offer was a small refund for my expense. Three weeks later, 4 phone calls to the dealer, and 2 phone calls to the complaints department at Hyundai, and I'm still waiting for the refund. Appalling customer service, once they've got your money they're not interested. I won't be using this dealer ever again!

Being told the car was in first class condition we paid the full asking price. 21 days after purchase a noise on the clutch pedal was diagnosed as a defective Dual Mass Flywheel. After some hassle the car went in for a two day investigation/repair. After merely "listening" to the noise I was told to bring it back if it got worse. After lots and lots of hassle, anxiety and stress we had it repaired elsewhere at a cost of £1250.00!!. NOTE! customers can't leave reviews on their web site. Speaks volumes. WORST EXPERIENCE OF PURCHASING A USED CAR IN MY LIFE!!!!
Have had dealings with Cars2 before and have always found the staff friendly, competent and courteous. This time was no exception with excellent service from Sam and Tom.
Cars 2 Wakefield could not be more helpful, informative, considerate, friendly if they tried. From the moment you enter the show room to the point of leaving they are so welcoming and caring. They are not overly pushy. They give you time. Explain everything carefully and look after you. A pleasurable experience. Thank you to you all.

Without Prejudice. Sat 15th April 2017. Without doubt the worst experience ever from the SEAT car dealership,Waldorf Way Wakefield. I will be taking this up with SEAT U.K. The salesman in question was arrogant beyond belief. His appearance was the worst I've seen at any dealership, Pierced Nose, filthy shoes and a manner to match. Belligerent beyond belief, when challenged on the price he stormed off, telling me my head was mashed. Not the experience you expect when looking to purchase a your sons first car. If your looking for professionalism and a service to match, then avoid Cars2 Hyundai.

Cars2 emailed me with some excellent deals they were doing on the new Tucson. I rang a few other garages to ensure the price they were quoting was indeed unique. I then rang cars2, spoke to a really nice salesman called Sam and ordered a new car there and then and paid a deposit over the phone. When I went to collect the car, Sam came and met us on the forecourt and took us to the showroom and there was my brand new car. What a lovely touch to bring it into the showroom for me to see, it looked amazing. Sam spent time with me ensuring I knew how everything worked so I didn't feel apprehensive when I drove it away. A great experience and a fantastic car.

I purchased my Mercedes Benz c350 from Cars2 Hyundai. On advertising they lied about the cars service history and previous damage on car. The car went in for repairs 5 times in 3 months the mechanics are useless don't know what they are doing. From the time you walk in they are nice when they get the money they change. Please get Everything in writing as they lie ! And are fraudulent with information. Please stay clear of the manager Trisha she's a horrible person to deal with. Treats customers like they are dirt. Don't take warranty from them. Please don't buy a car in a rush from these people as they won't uphold any agreements. Be aware as you will regret dealing with them.
