Went to this dealership for information on a Hyundai car. The salesperson was pleasant enough but very pushy. When I said I wanted to go to think about it, he became irritable and rude towards me. The manager came out who was just as rude and abrupt and treated us with no respect. I have come away feeling very disheartened and under valued as a potential customer. Don't get a car from Cars2 Hyundai in Wakefield.

All I would say is make sure you get your deal in writing so you can prove what was agreed. Had to cancel my car due to unexpected price increases

Very disappointed with this company we was going to part X are car for a Astra what wasn't on site the car was else where and was going to get delivered next day so we left deposit to get a phone call next afternoon that they haven't got it and it be the Monday 3 days later so Monday came and guess what the car isn't ready we come to see the car and found that drivers handle broken no brake pads and rusty disc and broken rear window which they asked us to pay £300 to get it fixed the cheeky sods! So they said it will serviced and mot put on the Tuesday the next day and then guess what still nothing done they promised for it to be done and we changed insurance over twice and been charged so I'm very angry other this messing around.. They said be ready for wed afternoon which I wasn't willing to wait any longer they messed us around nearly a week now and taken are deposit so we when back and got are refund.. So I would think before buying from this terrible company they are fast to take your money but not to give you the car..

When we bought the Seat mii sport from cars 2 they Hyundai in Wakefield they said you can have discount on your service. When we rang for a quote they said the services are a fixed at £229. What a high price for such a small car. But found a garage that will do it for half the cost and guarantee to use only genuine parts. Looks like we have found a better garage to do business with.

Purchase a brand new Hyundai Ix 35 Sat NAV model in Blueberry from this company recently. Actually purchased the one in the showroom. Arranged to collect some 10 days later on a Saturday around 10am. Turned up on the day, asked if I was there for a car service, said had come to collect new car, no one had a clue what car I was collecting. Eventually found the new car ( not the one from the showroom) in the service bay with the pre inspection not done. Sales manager said they had left my car in the showroom and brought another one in. Wrong. The one now in the showroom was not the Sat NAV model so he disappeared never to be seen again. The one I had purchased was sat in the service bay with the steering column partly dismantled, next to the car I was now to take away. Overall had the car 2 weeks now and delighted with it. What a shame had to wait 90 minutes for the staff to get the car ready when arrangements had previously been made. Took the shine off buying my first ever brand new car! One poor lad called Danny was left to pick up the pieces whilst management were conspicuous by their absence. Very poor all round, hate to thing what the after sales servicing will be like. love the car but if you want to feel a bit special, shop somewhere else for your Hyundai. Wrote an e mail regarding my treatment, no reply as yet after 10 days and don't expect one. Might drop a line to Hyundai head office to explain how poorly customers are treated at this franchise. Hope for their sake this was a one off!!!!
