The sales team were friendly and helpful, and from purchasing the car to delivery,I am extremely pleased with the service I received and the after care service,as I had a minor problem with a dash board baulb which had gone a month after purchasing the vehicle ,the dealership had the car back and had the baulb fixed. straight away. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to buy a car from there and I will view their stock of cars again in the future .:)
I am not somebody who would normally write a review but feel on this occasion I will.the car I looked at was a ford focus and it was in very bad condition in my opinion at least £1000 overpriced.I informed them I would be coming to view the car and they agreed.on arrival I was informed the car wasn't ready despite 3 days to prepare,apparently the car had failed the MOT on "bent brakes!" alarm bells already ringing I was whisked away to the garage where it was being worked on.really unprofessional,the chap then said if the work took till the next day it would be delivered-very nice,but then I pointed out the problem with that would be no chance for me to test drive the vehicle,which made me feel I was being awkward!I then proceeded to do a few basic checks on the vehicle..wheel arches-falling apart,sills had been painted for some reason-not by them apparently,wing mirror broke,oil filthy.car had been cleaned up Ok but felt it was just an attempt to mask alot of defects.then I asked for the keys,which he didn't have and had to go back and get them,his colleague came back and when I informed him of all the problems I'd found,he arrogantly asked if I wasn't gonna bother!no apology for wasting my time or an offer of any solution.at this I walked away.would definitely beware,if they are willing to sell a vehicle like that on this occasion for top money they will do it again, I would stay away.just my opinion.
I honestly would recommend Cars 4 Ltd in Kidderminster to anyone. I found them to have good value cars, their staff were quite helpful and even came to my house to do the paperwork and run things through with me. My salesman was a friendly guy i would possibly go back if I was on the lookout for another car
