Top marks Carshop in Cardiff! I bought a BMW from them in June and I have only had one issue which was sorted really quickly and easily. I would 100% recommend.

I bought a Vauxhall from Carshop in Cardiff in April. The service was a little bit slow and all over the place at first. My appointment with the dealer was at 12 and I was waiting till around half past one but other than that they were very good. I have had no problems with my car other than a problem with the lead to the CD player but it has been repaired no problem. The car was very good value for money and in very good condition. I would happily recommend this dealership.

Carshop in Cardiff took car of everything, I knew the car I wanted after finding it online, I took it for a test drive on the Friday and it was ready for collection on the Monday. I couldn't of asked for an easier buying experience.

I had to check the car back in with them as it hadn't been MOT'd, valeted or serviced like they had claimed (the car was noticeably dirty on the inside). They said they would valet it but it would take 2 hours which I wasn't able to wait as I'd already driven 2 hours up to the dealership and had a long journey back. They offered me a cheque to cover fuel costs and the cost of a valet. I wasn't happy having to take time off to return the car for such basic things not being done.

Carshop Cardiff was all good, the customer service in particular was great, they are a decent company and I didn't encounter any problems with the car or the dealership. My car was purchased in May 2015.

The staff at Carshop were excellent, very chatty, no rushing me about. Gave me a free coffee when sorting out the paperwork and the whole transaction went smoothly.

Carshop in Cardiff were absolutely superb, I couldn't of asked for a better company, the service was excellent and utterly faultless. I've already sent a few people down there to look at the cars. I wasn't just treated as a sale I was treated as a person which to me does a long way.
