My experience with Carshop in Cardiff was absolutely perfect. I didn't have a single problem, although I'm confident that if I did, they would of resolved them right away. I am extremely happy with the service provided, they were really helpful and I definitely recommend to anybody looking to buy a new car.

I can sum up my experience with at the carshop dealership in Cardiff by telling you all that it went very well with the purchase of my vehicle. What makes me say this is that I am very happy with the car itself first and foremost and secondly with how easy it was to make the purchase and drive the car away

I had a few little issues with my car such as the service light kept on coming up and they took a while to get it sorted but they did get it sorted in the end but nothing really stood out for me to recommend them

In summary I had no issues at all when buying my car from here in October 2014. I found the car I wanted and basically they did all the work for us and it was a very quick process from start to finish

Throughout the entire process I was treated very well by the dealership, it was in no way a hard sell and the salesman gave me plenty of time to make up my mind. I will certainly advise my friends and family to consider this dealership when they next get a car!

I bought a car from this dealer back in august and was quite happy with the service they provided. The car wasn't as clean as it could have been when we got it and a few things did go wrong with the car however they resolved these issues quickly and efficiently. I would use them again!
