Great customer service. Only happy to help. Test drive. Explained everything. Paid a deposit and two days later we came back to pick up the car. Can't fault them. We're really pleased.

I went to the Cardiff branch to pick up a car I’d reserved online. I was there for over 3 hours waiting for them to prep the car and sort out paperwork. They said the valet was slowing things but when I got the car it was filthy. Mud marks on the back seats and dusty interior. Just don’t see why it took so long. The salesman was also inappropriate, giving details of his life we didn’t want to hear

I reserved a car and booked an appointment. Upon arrival, the car wasn’t ready, I was left for over 1.5 hours waiting to test drive with no updates or apologies from staff, it appears they had lost the keys and then the car battery was flat! I ended up walking out as if the pre service is like this, I dread to think how poor the after care would be. Incompetence and zero customer service or empathy. Terrible experience! AVOID!! Travelled over 300 miles, wasted 10 hours I won’t get back and will never deal with a car shop again!

Wanted to upgrade our car so we went to the car shop met with alice who found our new car and had it delivered about a week later we then seen by jordan who ran through a few options met with manager andrew who put us through to les berry for the financials the whole process was professional and unpressured would recommend using this team if you want a no hassle experience

Promised us this will be fixed, of course they replaced a part that was not even genuine, as they said. The Cardiff manager is the biggest liar I’ve ever met. Made us come to their shop several times, when we got there, either the appointment could not be found in the system or the part hasn’t arrived, even though we checked the day prior and they told us everything was ready. Promised a courtesy car, when we got there, another excuse they don’t have it. We actually took the car to another service and it was fixed in 3 hours and for a few hundreds cheaper than they quoted. We have also called their customer service office and promised 3 weeks ago that someone will be in touch with us in few hours. We sent a written complaint and no answer. The Car Shop Cardiff manager lies constantly and has no empathy for customers. Promised that even the warranty expired, because they were postponing to fix the car on and on, he will organise the repair to be included in the warranty, as he has done it many other times... We actually recorded all the meetings we had and phone conversations and we will take this further to a solicitor. ‼️‼️‼️‼️AVOID CAR SHOP‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

From the time we entered jayden was very polite, made us feel welcome, his knowledge for cars was outstanding, a relaxed test drive and polite throughout.

Avoid this at all cost! I won’t be bothered to go into the details, in summary reserved a car, appointment at 10am at 5pm I was still in the dealership. Needless to say that the entire process was full of lies. I will never step foot in any carshop in my live!

Handbrake sticking so cant use car. Went in under warranty. Next day same problem. Week later still not sorted. Wont answer phone or emails. Hard sell,dire aftercare

Do not buy a car from here. Like a fool I’ve bought 2 cars from here and both have had massive problems with them, the first one had a clutch failure within 4 months which cost me the best part of £2000. The second car had a electrical fault plus both car keys failing within 5 weeks which also cost me a huge sum of money! And all the car shop could say is sorry we can’t help you. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Shocking service and even worse cars, the place is one giant scam. Please learn from my mistakes and give this place a wide birth. It’ll be the best decision you make.
