Spend a frustrated 2 1/2 hours seeing a car I had reserved not fully valeted. It was sent back while I waited (with a small baby) to come back still dirty and with another cars log book still in the glove box, as well as its own one (so that area clearly not even checked never mind cleaned.) Additional scratches viable following second clean, but so late with a long journey home had to take a decision. When collecting the two keys was presented with one and then I was asked to prove that that I had signed for 2 keys! Was told repeatedly they were busy yet staff outnumbered 2:1 customers on the day. Asked for scratches & chips to be dealt with to compensate for poor service, this has been refused.

Visited carshop Cardiff on 19/2/22 on a pre booked visit to buy a car and part exchange my car. When i was shown the car the salesman could not open the car, he replaced the key battery but then said that the headlights had been left on and the battery was flat. Started the car with a battery pack. The satnav, and information screen was now dead, requiring a activation code.. I was told that the code would be entered before i left, it was not. No service record with the car as advertised, no driver handbook. I was promised that all this would be sorted before i left. Once i paid nothing was done.I was at the store for over three hours. Torture.When i eventually left with the new car i ran out of fuel half a mile from the garage, car was totally empty. I am now left to sort out the activation code and buy a manual. Once this place gets your money they are not interested in any complaint you may have. Do not go near this place.Should be closed down.

Don't buy from here! After sales service is some of the worst I've come across. Staff don't reply to emails and give any number of excuses as to why they haven't called you back. Extras were added to our bill and we are still trying to get the money refunded!

Put a deposit on a car it never came in when I phoned the sales person forgot 2 put the phone down and called me a absolute nutter made a complaint and was offered £100 compensation so put it on another car which was supposed 2 arrive before Christmas but still no phone call would never trust anyone from the car shop customer service is shocking quick in taking your money on a car with no car arriving at the store and no follow up from manager or sales staff and also called a absolute nutter

Recently visited carshop and what a great experience it was. Super simple getting my second car through Carshop thanks to Gabb. Such a great help and made it a really easy process. Loving my new car!
