I purchased a car from Carshop a couple of months ago and did not receive the problem free service I expected from a dealer like this. When it came to collecting my new vehicle I was messed around after travelling to the dealership, only to find I would not be able to collect the vehicle that day. I had to re-insure my old car and head home. This was not the only complication but it is the most notable.
