Dropped into car shop Northampton as we had a few cars we were keen to look at. Was greeted by a chap called cancel Alcock who was super helpful, we had a list of a few cars we wanted to look at and even in the rain Daniel pulled our list and brought them over to a shelter fir us to go through and then let us test drive. Super helpful and great service..!!

I bought a car on line click and collect .to be transferred to Northampton store .for pick up on Saturday. Paid transfer fee and deposit. Know contact from them tried to contact them all week to confirm. Couldn’t get hold of them. Went to collect it and was told it’s gone to auction. Absolutely fuming

Got a car which is totally different specification wanted. The sat nav aren’t working either. Got a buy back agreement and the whole company aren’t really taking the responsibility to solve the issue. Been calling the branch for so many times and travelling to the branch for six times now for nothing been resolved. Mainly what they focus are just sell their car and no sense of responsibility.
