I left £99 holding deposit on a car worth 25000 the offer I received on there car valuation site thay would not honour. I did not get a deal on the I was offered I have not received my dep back 2 months I have waited numerous emails and calls , do not leave the holding deposit that thay say is fully refundable as you cannot get it back I am still trying

Knowingly sold me a clocked car. Refused to accept return & refund as the law requires. Just talk rubbish without any evidence. Long legal battle ahead. AVOID AT ANY COST!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CARSHOP, AWFUL COMPANY!!! My mum who is disabled bought a car from this company it broke down with major faults within 3 miles of her driving it, the car was delivered a day later than promised and was also filthy dirty inside, had to be valeted. It has taken over a week for customer services to start acting on it and they still haven't offered a solution. Meanwhile my disabled mother is stranded at her house unable to do her shopping and other daily needs. The customer service is absolutely disgusting, never get back to you within the agreed time frame of 48hrs which in itself it just not good enough. Don't be fooled by their promise of good customer service, i would never ever buy another vehicle from carshop and i advise anyone out there who is thinking of doing so to use cinch or car supermarket, far superior service and they actually care about their customers.

Run for the hills avoid avoid this place if you want your sanity . The women there are rude . No nothing about any thing quite possible the most disgusting place I’ve ever brought a car from . They took my car in for a repair has come back interior is damaged beyond repair . Won’t take the car back said they will glue the ripped leather they have damaged . Ashley the assisting manger rude

The service at Carshop is very helpful and professional. I had a few teething problems with my car but everyone went out of their way to help me and I am grateful to them all.

Can't thank Michelle and her staff enough for their outstanding help and kindness in getting us a little petrol (having tried 3 stations and only having a few miles in the tank) to get us home after collecting our car.It was beyond expectations and so amazing that they cared enough to sort for us with the current fuel situation.Heidi was brilliant in all her paperwork arrangements also.Great service.Thank you

We had reserved a car which failed inspection. Was initially difficult to contact Norwich directly as calls go through to central call centre. This was resolved and we reserved a second car. Collected today (part exchange). Be prepared to be there a long time. The staff are friendly but the extra sales pitch was too forceful. Overall a good but long experience and hopefully the car will be fine.
