Nice car till you see it in proper daylight. 3 Paint errors not large,buti cannot beleive their multipoint check is worth bothering with,advice look hard at what you are buying.
As my husband and myself entered the car shop we were welcomed with a smile and a polite hello and the offer of a drink from a young lady called Alex. Of course there was gloves, gel, wipes and screens. We explained to Alex what we wanted. She was most helpful in finding us the car we were looking for. She was clear, concise and professional when it come to explaining every detail and options of choice and payment and we felt no obligation to purchase what we didn’t want. Alex made sure we were happy with our car. The rest of the paperwork regarding finance was completed by a very polite and helpful man called Gareth who asked us if we were happy with our choice and explained everything again. We would definitely recommend The Car Shop to friends, family etc. Tracey & Cliff jones

I had entered my filters on line and my perfect car came up in Warrington. It was moved to Norwich the next day, they said they could deliver to my home and take mine as part ex. I decided to pick it up. It was quite a drawn out process, but 2 hours later I did drive home in my new car. Daniel & David, I think that was there names were friendly and informative, and eventually realised that I didn’t want any of their service plans. I have had a follow up phone call, which was nice. I would recommend this way of buying a car.
Bought a car found problems from day one phoned up to book for repairs to be done was told the repairs would be booked in no problems but after the 14 day guarantee was up so was able to return the car which is a joke while having the car for repairs they found a number of anther things wrong was not give a service history which they said i would have to pay for to replace at this moment in time i have had the car for 6 weeks and only been able to drive it for 14 days stay as far away as possible from this company

Nothing is their fault or their problem. Taken my car in to be serviced and had to have some work done, fair enough. Work I still believe is a result of them bending the truth when we purchased the car but ultimately I shoulder some of the blame for not taking it back earlier to deal with the issue on time. When I collected the car and paid, went back out to find new scratches on the side of the car. Granted, not huge but new ones none the less that were caused whilst Carshop had the vehicle. Go back in to make them aware, wait for 10 minutes and then one of the managers comes over and starts straight on the defensive that they're not their fault, no apology at any point, just straight in with the attitude. Yes, they're going to fix them as they should but the service and attitude in this place from everyone is shocking. I find people rude and disinterested in anything other than getting you back out the door. Even when we were purchasing the car they just want to get you out the door as quickly as possible. From top to bottom they need to get some customer service training for everyone ASAP. Also, do they have a special rule in place that means anyone in a grey blazer is exempt from wearing a mask and social distancing in the workplace? Definitely looked like it to me

Happy with the car we purchased our son but oh the process of buying it was so long! To have the optional extras removed from form on PC was a 40 minute wait alone! Everything has to be run by manger! Does it have a spare key oh I don’t know will just go look upstairs in safe!! Can this information not be put on screen! Don’t want fabric protection still have to watch video! Collection was no better, Car was paid for so just a matter of picking key up etc. Appointment was 7pm left 7.50pm this is only because I went up to reception and asked now much longer wait would be!

Quick to rush you into buying a car, Extremely rude woman when trying to book car in for repair and if youre looking to buy the extended warranty dont bother theyll charge you anyway. Would never reccomend buying a car from here, no one is willing to help if you have an issue unless youre happy to pay :)
