As per title - I am pleased to say I told 2 of my friends to avoid Norwich CarShop who were recently looking for cars. Horrible, pushy sales tactics.

Dave at Carshop Norwich was incredibly friendly and made us feel relaxed. Funny and chatty as well as informative and helpful :)

Purchased car less than 2 months ago and done under 400 miles since purchasing. Car has been in to be fixed for fault twice already. Including the glove box falling off when we first got it. Fuel gauge not working and front bumper being tied on with cable ties..... Then the engine light comes on so we have took the car in the there gargage. After 5 days and no phone calls. And no car for us to use in the mean time we start chasing. To be told the fault it not covered under the warranty and it will cost us £1000 plus vat. For a car we have done 400miles in. Getting hold of a manager is a waste of time. All the car about is selling and not the return customer or after sales. Avoid

I purchased a Audi A3 yesterday perfect car with the help from Damian running through all the different cars I couldnt decide on it certainly was the best choice . From start to finish I felt at ease and not pushed into something I didn't want . Damian explained everything to me thoroughly and even set my phone up in the car so I could play my music ! I will certainly be recommending car shop to all my friends .

My self and my partner have just left the Carshop showroom in Norwich and we are absolutely shocked at how they are allowed to treat people. At the weekend we had a look around the Carshop showroom and found a car we liked but we mentioned that we would have preferred it in black. At this point the salesman told us they had the exact same car in black at another branch. We agreed to pay £250 to have the car transported & reserved, and brought over to our local branch. We went in tonight to have a look at the car and although it wasn't the exact same trim level and spec as the one we had previously seen, we were quite happy with the car. We said to the sales adviser that we were going to go home, have a chat and get our finances ready to go. We were then told that we had to decide if we wanted the car there and then! we were told if we left the showroom the reserve would be removed and we would lose our transportation fee. We spoke to the manager who just kept asking us why we could not make the decision here and now. He was generally rude, patronising and came across very pushy. When i said that we were not told/made aware we had to make a commitment on viewing the car and taking for a test drive the manager told me that it "was my word against the salesman's". The pressure the manager at Carshop Norwich branch put us under with the threat of losing our reservation money has really upset my girl friend and I. We will be contacting the industry regulators to get our money back.

Went to car shop in Norwich yesterday and was told that I could not test drive a car unless I committed to buy it first! When I queried this with salesman I was told that no extra mileage could be put on the car unless I agreed to buy it first. Very aggressive selling. Not for me. I then drove to the Audi garage in Cambridge and spoke to a lovely salesman who sold me a beautiful Audi. Collecting Thursday.
