The lasy I was dealing with was really lovely! I bought a Vauxhall Astra last year and I have had no issues with it at all. It was in lovely condition and the value for money is great. I would recommend to anyone.

I bought a Suzuki Swift from the Carshop in Norwich a short while ago. I have had some issues with they key fob. I keep having to have the battery replaced. they did send someone out t fix it but I'm still having issues with it and now my warranty has expired. They also delivered the car at 11pm! Not very impressed with the aftercare or the car.

I was really happy with the service I received from Carshop. They picked me up from the train station and were very helpful and friendly through out the whole process. I bought a Fiesta from them a few months back. I have had no issues with it at all and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone. I can't fault them at all and I am really happy with the car.

Hate the fact that staff stopped me before I had even got thru the doors! They didn't want me to browse the cars. They wanted to hassle me for my details before I could even get to the forecourt. Everyone I speak to says the same so I find it a bit strange that not one review on here says this. Really off putting approach to car buying. Just let people browse!!!!
Very happy with my Golf from Carshop in Norwich. They delivered it to me at my work address so the whole thing was hassle free and The car was very clean and in good condition, no nasty surprises or anything. The value for money is brilliant and I do not have a bad word to say about it. I have already recommended this dealership to my friends.

Carshop Norwich Couldn't have been more helpful, the dealership is local to me but the car I wanted was at their Northampton branch, they arranged to have it delivered to their branch for me. As a result I got the car I wanted for the right price and I'm very grateful. I would recommend them to anybody.

Customer service I received was phenomenal. I had a problem with the car which it turned out was the battery. The person dealing with this was Dan, he was fantastic, kept me well informed, he sorted out all details, I couldn't take time off work to take the car to be fixed but he sorted that for me, he arranged for it to be picked up, they gave me a hire car. beyond outstanding, the effort and willingness to help by Dan was astonishing, i can not thank them enough, i highly recommend using Car shop in Norwich.

I cant find fault or anything to complain about with this place. All went well with my purchase, they did try and sell me other things but thats how all dealerships work - I am very happy with the whole process from start to finish with CarShop Norwich
