I spent £15k on a mini and was so excited as I hadn’t had a car for number of years. I had the car a week and the engine maintenance light came on. I took it back to Carshop and they took it to a BMW garage to check the fault. They turned the light off and said it may be an old fault which hasn’t been cleared. Fast forward another week and it has come back on. The car needs a new catalytic converter. I have had to pay for a full diagnostic and I am waiting for them to refund me and agree that I can take my car locally as I have no faith that they will sort out my car. I was also told when I phoned the second time that they would phone me back within 48 hrs which did not happen and I had to complain for them to phone me back. The car was also not clean at all and I had a pay for a full valet. Unfortunately at this point I would not recommend. To date I have a with an engine warning light on and I am not confident driving.

Purchased another car from Car Shop Swindon today. Really pleased with Aslan and Nathan who took time to take us for test drive, explained everything thoroughly and were courteous throughout. Would not hesitate to purchase another car from them in the future
I bought a car there 3 months ago. I will never buy a car there again and I do not recommend it to other people. After viewing the car at Carshop Swindon I decided to test drive it. Harry (Carshop employee) seemed to be very nice and nice (unfortunately, in reality he turned out to be a liar who could tell a lie). After the test drive, we had a long conversation with Harry, who assured us that the tires that were installed were staying with us. In addition, Harry told us that he didn't have a second key to the car (the description of the car said there was a second key), but that didn't stop us from getting the car. We paid the deposit. The next day the manager called us and said that the second key had been found! and that we can pick up the car. When I came to pick up the car, I couldn't inspect it before signing the contract because the manager with a name starting with the letter "Z" said that the car was already parked outside. After completing the formalities, we went to pick up the car. We immediately noticed that the tires were completely different and the rims were also different. After all this, we went back to Carshop and told them that the tires and rims had been replaced. Manager "Z" and other employees MOCKED ME, saying that I was nitpicking about details. We were 100% sure that they had been replaced with worse ones. I proved to them that there were different tires and rims in the photos, but they kept making us look like idiots. We are Poles and at that moment we felt "inferior". We were treated very badly and on racist grounds there. One of the employees used the word "typical Poles". I will also add that the battery was also replaced with an old and worse one. Message to Carshop: I did not leave this matter. I have a recording of the entire conversation with Harry, who lied a few days later and claimed that he didn't tell us that the tires would remain the same as they are now. At the very end, when I checked the documents that were sent to me a few days later, despite my perfect credit score, I received the highest interest rate!!! This was done especially because Carshop has extra money for attracting the customer with the highest interest rate. Avoid this Carshop!

Started off our first new car buying experience, with the lovely man Aslan. He went through the cars within our monthly budget and was very patient with my numerous questions! He put me at ease throughout. When it came to test driving our car, I was worried I’d scare the poor guy with my driving (was totally not used to a newer car and I’ve only driven 2 other cars previously) but he was incredibly chilled (even when another driver was driving towards us on the wrong side of the road!!) he made me feel relaxed, which helped me to get the feel for the car. When it came to buying the car, we went over to Scott. Scott was fantastic! We were becoming stressed out because we had been there several hours, and our two young girls were starting to wreak havoc and go wild. He entertained them greatly, allowing them to draw all and stick post it notes all over his office area - and himself! 😂 This really helped us to be able to concentrate on the important details. They were all such a lovely and supportive team, and I certainly feel reassured. Thank you so much to you all! Picked up the car today, so hopefully it stays good!
Purchased a car upwards of £15k, within the first week the engine warning light was on. Was difficult enough to even get through to Car Shop to arrange a repair appointment, no one in that building answers phones. The repair appointment was unable to fix the fault and they said it would need to be referred to their external garage. The external garage has contacted us but has been held up by over a week with car shop not responding about a courtesy car. All whilst this dealership is impossible to contact. As I write this now, CarShop has sold us a faulty car with absolutely no intention to resolve this. I advise anyone who intends to shop here to look else where.

Brought a used car June2022. Paid £14,000. Took out a service plan for 3 years, They did major service and found pollen filter cover missing. Oil leak. Am not happy and cancelled service plan.

If you'd like to be harassed and stalked by a desperate manager member of the service team blonde looks plain and pretty desperate and has no life... forced an affair and your family ruined.... BOOK AN APPOINTMENT!! Lovely place... be warned girls your fella will leave with bribes of PS5's and slideshows in her dads weird "mancave" lol She makes crap home made pasta bakes and only likes vanilla sex... one babysham and shes anyones... well not anyones, she preys on men so she can wreck homes! Looks like she shops with her mum in peacocks and the height of excitement if bunny boiling anyone in sight lol .... cant miss her.... blonde fat and boring

Bought BMW 5 series paying cash over £30k and week later when I clean my car I spotted so back bumper was painted very badly overspray on the next trims lots of paint runs and silicone . Trying to contact customer service but no one care about this .

Totally misled! Purchased a VW Polo. I was emailed a video of the car but the staff failed to mention nor notify me of a 1 inch tear in the back seat. I have emailed Ben @ Swindon twice & received no reply. As a result, I have contacted my lawyers & we will be taking CarShop to a small claims court to receive costs to replace the back seat cover due to the tear.
