Customer Service is Ridiculous, the staff are rude and have zero compassion. I bought a car 3 months ago and it has broken down 3 times - the first within 5 days of taking it home, After stating I wasn't happy because the car is unsafe (Cutting out while driving) they they decided to tell me that is wasn't giving off a fault code therefore there was nothing they could do. Today the car has now fully broken down. 23k I paid and they can't even return a call. Complaints have not been answered to and I have been fobbed off left right and Centre. The Aftercare is Shocking.. for your own sake DO NOT USE!!
Arrived to buy the car, it was scratched, dirty, alloys all scuffed, I went home and had to have the car delivered to me. Don’t buy the extended warranty it’s not worth it. Customer service have zero empathy or desire to do what is right by the customer. Avoid at all costs. Awful dealer

3 time buying a vehicle from Carshop. Eesaa was really helpful from beginning to end.
We were helped by Bradley Shepherd @ the Car Shop Wakefield, he couldn't be more helpful, answered our queries regarding the cars' operations. The test drive was perfect, again Bradley ensured our understanding of the cars' settings, We purchased by car immediately (our fourth from the Car People/Car Shop). At the agreed collection time, Bradley made himself available, in fact, making a coffee for us due to the coffee m/c being unavailable. Bradley gets my vote, would recommend him and the Car Shop to anyone

Car bought with warranty & Guardx in 30th April 2019. Had work done on car; pads & discs and nsf bearing in January 2022. Total was £550.00. 7 months later problem occurs relating to brakes. It took two days, making calls regularly to eventually get through only for the customer service person to put me on hold while he checked the “details” , the call was terminated! Eventually got through and was promised a call today (three days later). No call.. If I managed my customers in this manner I wouldn’t have a business.. Carshop, lip service doesn’t cut it, get a grip and have respect for your customer’s… Sean Wheatley

Purchased Jaguar XE in August and because it was a prestige car and would be costly if anything was to go wrong, I wanted a good extended warranty to cover any repair and parts, I had no intention of buying the three year extended warranty from car shop as I had it with a previous vehicle from car shop in 2018 provided by the warranty group, On that occasion I had a problem with my Nissan xtrail that had a oil leak but TWG would not pay for the repair even though it was covered, because it was only just out of manufacture warranty. There reason for this was that it could have happened while it was under manufacturers warranty, even though there was no way of knowing this until it was serviced. I explained all this to the sales person who sold the Jaguar and he stated that it was a better warranty than the previous one I had purchased and was bulletproof and would virtually cover everything except the usual wear and tear, his exact words were you can drive away with complete peace of mind knowing that you are covered, So stupidly I agreed to buy this warranty at an additional cost of £1000, This week the air conditioning stopped working so I contacted car shop to diagnose and fix but would not be able to book me in until five weeks, This was not acceptable with the current climate so had no choice but to get it repaired at Jaguar dealership at cost of £665, thinking this would be covered by my bulletproof warranty that the salesman raved about. Unfortunately this was not the case as when Jaguar contacted the warranty group it was not covered due to it being a split hose fitting, This is not a new warranty it is the same warranty that I purchased with the previous vehicle and it is not worth the paper it is written on, So beware of salesman giving you all the banter about it being bulletproof just to get his commission and instead take time to read the policy wording in full before the fourteen day cooling off period ends, and save yourself a lot of money by getting a real policy. So less than a year on, my driving now with complete peace of mind is now costing me £1665 .

Warranty not worth paper written on - only way to get through on phone is to press new sales or book serivce press exsiting customer and just rings out as after sales is clearly not there bag!! Had my car nearly a week and its still sat in the same spot I left it the fault is covered under warranty so it seems this may be the reason its not on thier prioity list - when I called I was told it would be a quick turn around should look at it Monday and call me asap I have had to call 4 times to get any answers - staff are great when your buying the car after that service is shocking - AVOID!!! Refuse to give me a couresty car very rude service manager not helpful at all!
