Reserved car promised split in seat would be fixed Attended pick up promptly like they ask to be left waiting over 20 minutes Had to ask to see the car before paying in full Seat not fixed to be told they wouldn’t do stuff like that even though salesperson told us they would. Car not cleaned for pick up Apologised and wouldn’t budge on fixing it so got a refund Very disappointed daughter who’s first car it was going to be now not

Previously purchased from store 3 years ago only to find 100% service throughout, recently returned purchased a car. Excellent salesman Callum couldn’t do enough, Finance Stephen excellent yet again . However didn’t get the same service at handover scratches and large chip not rectified, alloy not in good state . Told Stuart only to be told “ it’s a used car , 3 years old so to be expected,”Car took in workshop chip touched up and car polished on one side. Totally deflated. Might not be a new car but it was 12,000 pounds so expected more. Won’t be returning . I would have handed it back had I have not signed my car over etc . Arrived at 10 as booked left at 12.20 disappointed☹️☹️☹️ Such a shame after my first experience

purchased a 2019 plate car, everything seemed to be going well. Car developed a fault on the 2nd day I had it. I reported it, had to return the car for it to be fixed, waited 2 days to be told it has to go to my local main dealer as it is under dealerships warranty. No apology, collected my car (still faulty) and it was filthy inside and out. Dirty footprints on the inside of the doors and on the seats. Couldn't start the car the following day, emailed to be told to contact main dealership as not their problem. Fuming!
