I would stay clear of this company. I bought a car for me & my two young children. The car immediately had multiple faults that when they were attempted to be fixed led to more & more problems. I took the car to a dealership garage for an honest diagnostics test & it had over 25 faults logged it would of cost us almost the cars value to repair. I then took it to another VW specialist garage who told us he would just get rid of it as it wasn't worth it, so we did. Despite losing ££££s At this point the car was still in its three month warranty which is NOT to be trusted. The car was dangerous & unsafe for any family, I don't know how he sleeps at night.
I bought an Audi A4 from this dealership Back in April. The sales team were really helpful and the car was really clean and as described but I have had an issue with the exhaust which they refuse to repair under warranty so I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed but other than that the service was good and the car was really good value for money and I would recommend them.

Ive emailed and messaged about a car and had no reply for 3weeks and now ive told people about the poor awful customer service ever!!! I really wanted to view w car worth £7,000 and now you've list a buyer and will lose more.
I found CarSimples.Com to be dreadful. I bought a car and it broke down after 2 days, when I contacted CarSimples.Com they refused to fix it or give me a refund. Steve who works there was very unprofessional and and tried his hardest not to cooperate and because of this I hope people read this review and avoid this used car sales garage.

Sorry, if you had a bad time here. But this was down to yourself! After collecting the vehicle you had the cd unit changed! And subsequently blew the main ECU (engine Management ) system. You also took us to Judge Rinder (ITV) to be aired soon, and we won! If anyone can in used cars! So theirs a lesson here, don't undertake jobs that should be done by qualified people. Steve
